Might look silly at the gym but if training at home, short jump rope sessions or short hops similar to jump rope movements are good for pre-exhausting the calves and ankles before or during a full workout session.

Good stuff man. I am one of the unfortunates that weren't blessed with good calf genes lol. Have arms for days but almost no legs which is funny because growing up I ran track and played soccer in Jamaica. I do legs almost EVERYDAY in the gym as they are my weak points, they are cut but not much meat on the calves so trying to bulk it up. Great videos keep it up.

Your bicep to calf ratio is off. Try to load the calves with heavier weight and more frequency to keep things in balance. Good work

Pretty simple: keep training as usual. They should eventually (sooner than later) start looking the same. But if it is waaay different from the other, maybe you have a leg issue related to the way you walk or stand. If this is the case, I would recommend a doctor.

Every time I work calves, I get a really bad cramp in the arch of my feet. Why is that? I also have a really deep arch

You're probably lifting way too heavy and have a case of plantar fasciitis which would explain the pain in the arch. Lower the weight a bit and see if that helps. Your calf's will still show improvement

Instead of a lot of weight, try dropsets with lower weights.
