This gives me faith that if I try the nails may grow. Part of my alopecia symptoms are ridged nails which tend to be weak. But since increasing my protein levels/better diet they have grown more. So with some nail strengthening products like what you use may help them even more 😊
I’ve always had really bad nails and since trying these products I’ve had really good success! 😄 the hardest part is when they break a little, remembering to file them rather than pick/bite them 😭♥️
Can’t wait for that file to make an appearance at our Wetherspoons dates when you’re accidentally snapping them on the table 🤣 nails look amazing tho laur 😍
