How would you handle customers who claim they didn't receive their package even if u have a picture of it at the door or a signature? Also customers who dispute charges with their bank after sending a package out?

What location do you have the returned candles go to? Do you have a brick and mortar shop? If someone doesn’t, then where should the returns be directed?

I purchased your candles a couple times and I know that all of your candles are very strong. They must have opened too many windows or doors or whatever I guess…. But usually i know that double wicks are pretty strong. I wonder did u ask if they used in the bathroom or a wide living room? Cause i know ít’s a huge difference…

Yes Erica! Cause i know it’s not your candle. Probably it’s about their room diameters… even so i displayed your small candle in my living room and they were still strong!

Your channel has helped me SO MUCH in my candle business! How would you handle a situation where someone burns the entire candle (30+ hours) and then say they couldn't smell it?

Not Erica, but honestly, I would say that if there is significant usage, I wouldn't issue a return. That seems like they just want to get the candle but not have to pay for it. It all depends on the situation, and your own policy. Some don't accept returns on any burned candle. I'd like to hear Erica's opinion on this though. 🙂

I appreciate your videos Erica, you inspired me to open my own candle business 😊 I just simply don’t offer return! Now if there’s a malfunction on the candle performance than an exchange is what I offer. I’ve been in retail for a long time & that’s one reason why I don’t offer returns because of individuals taking advantage of that system. I also offer sample packs so that’s what I recommend if I get a message of which fragrance to my customers.

I was wondering the same thing. It looks like her address listed is very similar to a PO box. It looks like it's at a local UPS store. I would suggest going to your local post office, UPS store, or FedEx store and asking about the options they have.
