I am a nephrologist and kidney doctor who believes that the best tool to reduce the burden of kidney disease globally is not medication, lab tests, or even genetics research. Instead, knowledge of kidney disease can best protect our kidneys.
This channel is part of the kidney disease awareness project I have worked on for years. It started with long conversations with kidney patients in the office and hospital. During these conversations, I was perplexed to see patients’ lack of knowledge about their kidney disease.
To fill this gap, I developed a blog for kidney disease patients, “Kidneyblogs.com,” where patients could find the correct information-and access a nephrologist for kidney-related questions. But then, I realised that not all Urdu- and Hindi-speaking patients could read English, and many preferred listening. This revelation led to the formation of the RU-vid channel you will explore.

Last August sr cr.was 1.5, now(today tested) with walking and dietary modifications it comes 1.3 with all other parameters including urine analysis are normal. Taking no medicine since last 3 months. Earlier only febuxostat was given by nephrologist. This time also no medicine. He suggested me to get blood work done after 4 months in November'24. Earlier I was frustrated and now a days seeing your eposodes regularly I am happily living with my disease. Im 51. Thanks doctor with lots of blessings from India.

Dr Sahab well said, i just wanna share my experience Alhamdulillah Allah Swt has given Shifa in Acacia gum urdu ya hindi mein Gondh kehte hain, i used 20 grams Acacia gum daily Soaked in 350 ml water atleast for 12 hours and drink on empty stomach in morning Alhamdulillah Creatinine lowerd from 1.9 to 1.6 Acacia gum has almost 85 % of fiber that means 20 grams is 17 gram fibre Fibre is really important to manage CKD Please do remember me in your prayers and by the Grace and Shifa of Allah Swt we will win the battle with this Ckd inshallah.. Aameen ya rabbul alamin Please Namaz Padhe Quran padhe Allah Pak ki Zikr karen aur Sab kuch theek ho jayega First thing 3 Times Ayatul Kursi padhe daily

@@jahanzebchaudery7720 Asalamalikum I'm from India and its easily available here in all stores, it's Called Gondh in Urdu babul ke paidh ki gondh, Ammi ku Salam boliye aur namaz aap bhi padhe ammi ko bhi padhne ko boliye, body ki weight check kare zyada hai toh weight loss kare, halki morning exercise and walk , zaitun ka oil Every morning 1 spoon garam pani ke saath le.. khana shaam ko 8 baje tak khalein aur nashta subah 10 baje karein , bp aur sugar maintain karein etc .. Allah Swt hum sabko Sehat ATA farmaye AAMEEN

I am from India My urine was yellow from 2 years After seeing your video I got ACR checked and it came 83( microalbuminaria) My creatinine is 1.27 ,age 50 years Now I will get it checked after one month (4 days left) And then visit nephrologist for medications, if needed ALL THANKS TO YOU SIR Thank you

One of a leading path lab issued my ACR report which read over 50 and declared it a case of microalbuminuria. I was disturbed and started various searches. This led to a stunning revelation that albumin was measured in mg per litre and creatinine in grams per decilitre. When volume was equated result reduced to 5. Thanks God Ihad not shifted to any medication.

I'm Maqsood Ahmed aged 78 years. My creatinine was 1.1 in 2017, 1.3 in 2020 and 1.4 in the year 2023 when l went to a Nephrologist but astonishingly raised up to 1.94 with in 3 weeks. I worried about that but my creatinine level raising continuously. Nowadays it is at 2.22. My diabetes and BP is controlled with the use of prescribed medicines. eGFR is 30 as well as all other indicators are normal. Please advise me what should I do at this stage

Aa dear dr Can u please tell about dpt scan. What is it and in which cases is it recommemded. My husband,in his late forties, found that his egfr is 65 and creatanine 1.18 in routine screening. These values have remained consistent over the last year. He has no complaints though. He is not diabetic and not hypertensive. Is this a cause of concern or are these values considered normal? He has always maintained a normal weight and follows a healthy life style including exercise.

I don’t see any problem. Follow your nephrologist and ask him about dpta scan. I am not even sure why did he order a dpta scan. It doesn’t tell anything about kidney function in a patient without obstruction.

Painkiller injection sy temporarily relief mlta h. Us k elawa Diagesic-P sy 1 br aram mehsos hua ab us sy b ni a Ra. 1- Diagesic-P 2- Tonoflex-P 3- Brexin Sb tablets ly k daikh lien. Mgr pain 1 second k lye bhi mukamal khatam Nahi hota. Sir iski Kaya reason ho sakti hai? Please guide krye ga. Thanks in anticipation 💐

Want to add something: My blood pressure is not high. It's normal or between 90/60 to 134/86. I also have monitored Diabetes in the fasting. It's 80 and sometimes 81.

AOA dear Doctor sahb I'm watching your Episodes from last 2 days my father is a Desi man age 65. May hamesha Sy har year mother or father ki screening test karwata hu. Abi issue ye h k last year Mary father ki creatine 1.1 the with 7.9 uric acid urine test was clear. After one year creatine 1.4 hu Gai with joint pains or urine abi b clear h. May nephrologist Sy Mila unho n ultrasound or RA factor test karwaya ultrasound thk h but RA factor positive with 356. Nephrologist n mjy rheumatologist ko refer kya or BP ki dawai dy di BP 140/70 avg rahta. Abi sir mjy ye concern h k mazeed dawai Sy kidney or kharab na hu jaye pahly b pain killer kafi daty rahy doctors. Need your guidance please

قابل قدر محترم ڈاکٹر صاحب ۔۔۔ اپ کی شرافت نیک نیتی ایمانداری اور اخلاص ہی اپ سے اس قسم کی باتیں کروا رہی ہیں ۔۔۔ شاید اپ کو پتہ نہیں ہوگا کہ اپ ہیرے سے زیادہ قیمتی ہیں ۔۔ میرا دیگر نیفرولوجسٹ کی تذلیل کرنا مقصود نہیں لیکن اللہ نے اپ کو جو صلاحیت اور قابلیت دی ہے اس کا ایک عام نفرولوجسٹ تو چھوڑ دے کوئی پروفیسر بھی سوچ نہیں سکتا ۔۔ کیونکہ اللہ فرماتا ہے جس نے ایک انسان کی جان بچائی گویا اس نے پوری انسانیت کی جان بچائی ۔۔۔ اپ ایک عام ڈاکٹر نہیں بلکہ ایک وژنری معالج ہیں ۔۔۔ اپ ایک برینڈ ہے،۔۔ اپ آخر دکھی کیوں ہوتے ہیں ؟؟
