It is worthy to note that snail farming sector in Nigeria is not yet structured which leaves the weight or measurement classification and the price mechanism at the perogative of the individual snail farmer and their customers or I should say that the law of demand and supply mostly play a significant role in snail farming sector. Hence, just as the word "JUMBO SNAIL SIZE" differs in sizes among snail farmers across the country, so is the price. e g I have seen some snails classified as Jumbo by some farmers which I categories as just normal table size snails.
