i was born brownskin amd was always told black people don’t need sunscreen because they don’t get burn and i run track so i got really dark.. i’m back to my normal color now and all i did was exfoliate my skin daily (the scrub consisted of sugar, tumeric, honey, baking soda, and lemon juice) everyday and i mixed in shea butter in my lotion and applied sunscreen on my skin everywhere no matter if i was staying home or not and i lightened up in just a few weeks. staying inside and staying out the sun helped a lot too

People are really quick to judge saying that you are trying to lighten and change skin colour. You have to understand that people with darker skin tones can get a lot of pigmentation and they may just simply want to remove that to restore their natural skin tone and even it out. Tbh this actually works, I tried doing this from may 20th til now, my blender wasn't strong enough so after I let the rice dry and I put it in the blender with everything and blend it into a milk substance, ever since I tried this it works, my skin feels tight, soft and it looks more clearer, it doesn't bleach ur skin it tones it out more rapidly than usual in a natural way, it did to my face, I tried it on my body, I was looking like an Indian from those western movies 😂, since then my back and chest scars got lighter, my skin got smoother, it doesn't bleach but tones the natural color of the skin, since I tried it on my body it didnt completely get rid of my acne scars but lighten them, I feel confident a bit in my skin, u guys should try it for discoloration...well those who want to, the soul purpose of this video isn't to force u to change ur appearance but to help those who WANT to improve, other than the controversial view of black ppl bleaching

The biggest difference that I see is the lighting that's used on the different scenes.. When her skin appears darker the lighting is darker when her skin appears lighter the light is brighter and more intense !

Disclaimer: I'm a really pasty white dude, so the last thing I want to do here, is telling any person of color, what they should or shouldn't do. It is of course entirely your thing, what you want to do with your skin. And this woman certainly looks great before AND after this treatment. Day 1: I see no results😳 Day 2: I see just a slight change of my skin Day 3: I didn’t see a change so i kinda stopped for a week and all of a sudden my skin was slightly lighter Day 4: ayoo my face is lowkey kinda lighter and it glows I really can’t tell but then I can idk💀 Day 5:just a bit *I’ll come back the next day* I used regular milk (2 tbsp) and the rice flower (2 tbsp) Thas all I had💀

Nice video and she's beautiful. lightning your skin, darkening your skin is really up to you. I get two to three shades lighter in a week by being out in the sun, I like to get my skin back to its natural color so I just put some tumeric and orange peel shredded and a little water and a little juice from the orange and baking powder and I mixed that up and I put that on my skin after a few weeks it works out for me. I think I'll try her formula to. Be happy and safe people. ❤️💪

HYPERPIGMENTATION CAUSES: NATURAL rubbing against melenated skin gives armpits, knees, elbows, and in between thighs etc. that color Acne also gives hyperpigmentation but its BEST to use do a spot treatment, (only apply product to those specific places) Ps: Love your melanin!
