so true, i never learnt any fundamentals and even though i can copy the reference accurately, i never put effort in learning from it and that just made it feel like some jigsaw puzzle solving than art, which is fun too but yeah. Been working on my fundamentals too, esp of light positioning and shading. cool video though have fun
