I had pothos in my tank years ago sandwich tied to the back with some holes i drilled in the plastic overhang, but the roots took over everything, even strangled one of my comets. I have some hang on back baskets now with peace lilies in them I'm trying out now.
I got 3 pots of pothos about 6 months ago.. each pot had +- 3 stems in them at the time, they were about 20cm long. At the moment, those few stems have covered 28 tanks in my breeding room, some individual plants covering more than 1.8m long throwing roots down in every tank it crosses!
Imagine scrolling through yt shorts and not paying attention to the video, and you just hear “what’s up Brutus! Hope you’re not still assaulting anyone! Anyways”
bro changed team, man went to Starbucks to KFC, man went to whipped to being whipped, man went to being a cop to beating the cops, he went to golf to basketball
I'm thinking about trying the cheap coffee cup holders that you hang from your door or window if I can find them in white. Also, don't go with an all white set up. 😶
I read the caption as “photos” amd was like, “you keep pictures of your fishes in your tank?” and was confused as though why he started talking about plants 💀
My friend gave me a monstera cutting that had been living in water, it's still in water and I realized that I have a fish tank. So I'm wanting to grow the monstera in the tank somehow since its already used to the water
Do you cut the roots and prune the plants to stop them from getting out of control? Will they help cut down on algae? I placed my tank in natural light (before reading it wasn’t a good idea.) so hopefully that will help my tank.
Do they reduce how frequently you need to replace the water? You could up the effectiveness by placing a grow light above and hanging a couple more baskets with stuff like bok Choy and lettuce which you can 'cut and come again' without replanting
Sir when ever I grow house plants in aquarium the plants root little brown type in after 5,6 months but plants health is good but same when ever I grow same plants in normal tap water there roots never brown always white can you tell me why?
I have a porthos in the kitchen and since seeing a previous video of yours in the tank, it has got me thinking about trying it with my guppy tank. Does the plant need substrate or anything in the pot?
