Story Time video on how I knew I was pregnant with twins before it was ever confirmed on an ultrasound. I experienced a LOT of the signs and symptoms common in a twin pregnancy. That coupled with the fact that I always wished for twins had me on high alert for any sign that I was carrying two.

For my twins, I felt movement in both sides of my abdomen at the same time when I was only 11 weeks. When I was about around four months, I gained 10 pounds in one month. Interestingly enough, I felt way more exhausted and sick with my first pregnancy which was a single baby.. When I was six months, I looked like I was 9 months pregnant. My doctor never picked up more than one heartbeat with the Doppler, however, When both were being monitored during labor, their heart rates were neck-and-neck so it's kind of understandable that he didn't notice two of them. Although I looked big while I was standing up, my measurements were right on where they were supposed to be for almost my whole pregnancy. By 7 months, it was getting hard to walk. Stretch marks begin to go higher and higher. At 8 months I almost wanted to cry every time I took a step because of the pressure from the first baby's head pushing down when I walked. My doctor didn't do routine ultrasounds back then, so I still had not been diagnosed as having twins. I thought it was simply a more difficult pregnancy because it was my second time. At 38 weeks, my measurements finally jumped. That's when he ordered the ultrasound. What a surprise :-).

I am already LOVING your channel!!! That SAAAAAAME thing happened to me with my second! I was so stinkin’ tired and found out very early! In fact the last couple of my pregnancies I knew like a week and half before my period. I didn’t feel horrible right away with my third but I remember how exhausted I was with my second and looked like a walking zombie no matter how much sleep I got. I can’t IMAGINE how exhausting being pregnant with twins would be!! Aw! I bet you did cry! Wow!!! What an incredible experience!!!! ❤️❤️

Same 😅 is early on in the game here and my morning sickness and exhaustion is literally all day long . I was never like this with my oldest girls so I have a feeling it’s twins. Also my mom had twins boys sooooo 🤞🏾🤞🏾🤞🏾🤞🏾🤞🏾🤞🏾

I have two little girls and am now pregnant with what I thought would be my third baby. I had *severe* all-day-long sickness from 6/7 weeks in until about 13/14 weeks. I thought “well, all pregnancies are different” because I had barely any morning sickness with my first two. Even my boss said her three pregnancies were all completely different too. The midwife did a dating u/s at 6+2 and saw one baby. Then when I was farther along they had the hardest time finding baby’s heartbeat. Fast forward to 18+6 and my midwife was pressing on my belly (no tape measure) and said “hm, you’re measuring about 3 weeks ahead, I’m going to grab the u/s machine and check for 2.” I laugh a little and remind her of the dating u/s that only saw one. “Oh, that’s right. I only saw one. It could be fluids, or because it’s your third pregnancy...” and she dropped it. Over that weekend I was joking with my fiancé, “wouldn’t it be funny, though, if there were 2?” 😂 That very next Tuesday we had the anatomy scan. Tech starts rubbing the wand across my belly and I see what she sees as she says “have you had an u/s with this pregnancy before?” “Yes, a dating one at 6 weeks” “Did they tell you there were 2 in there?” Cue uncontrollable laughter. Joke was on me. 🤣🤪🤯🤗

Here because I’m on my second pregnancy and even tho I don’t need twins I have a small feeling I may be. I’m not trying to jinks myself but it just feels like it. Got a super dark positive test 3-4 days before period, I’m extremely sick 10xs worse than with my first, I’m extremely hungry! And I’m only 6 weeks and I get so out of breath like I’m 7 or 8 months and I’m super bloated and tired all day everyday to the point where I can’t keep my eyes open!

No exercise recommendations during pregnancy unfortunately. I was so so sick during my twin pregnancy that I couldn’t run or do much of anything at all without triggering further nausea. I would have loved to continue running! I know some women are able to, but I was basically bedridden even before I was put on bed rest 😆 so lucky that you’re an identical twin!! I wish I had a twin so bad! Hope you get to have twins yourself as well! That would be amazing to be a twin with twins!

My story is a bit different. I had a period in August 17-21st then I got 10 positive test September first. 2 weeks before I’m suppose to have a positive at all. Dollar tree tests too. I’m still pregnant but my first appointment won’t be until nov 13 because of insurance issues I had to work through anyways, i got those tests super early 2 weeks I mean come on and this is baby #6 for me. I always feel like I have the flu and chills. I have horrible headaches. Right away my boobs hurt so bad with my other 5 they didn’t hurt until 3rd trimester. I’m gaining a lb a week which is not normal for me. I never thought with my others that they could be twins I never even wanted twins before in my life. So it’s not just in my head because it’s something I want lol. This pregnancy has been so diff than my last 5. Like you said I want to eat everything. I’m miserable. I just have this weird feeling but we will see and I’ll deff update.

I had 4 pregnancies prior to my twins - this pregnancy was a walk In the park for me I was so shocked I hardly had any sickness I didn’t have a huge bump which I thought I might have 😂🤦🏻‍♀️ I had so many questions but the twins where a breeze!! I knew in my gut very early on I spotted a “ little miss book” on a shelf it caught my eye and it was “ little miss TWINS” 😅 I constantly kept seeing twins while I was out and about everywhere I went !! Fast forward 11 years later had a healthy boy and girl wouldn’t change them for the world ❤❤❤ twin mum and proud 💪

First thing I want tell you I thing you are my twin😀 because I have 12 years old twin boys and 10 years old another boy. My twins pregnancy story is very similar to yours too. 2007 October I got married I was 27 and my husband is 35 so we want have kids soon. My periods are always on time October 5 we married and same day I got my period and my next month supposed be November 1. Around October 22 I started feeling so different but it was early test my self so I waited until October 29 test myself and I was pregnant. After that I was so feeling bad can’t eat anything down was telling my family this could be to twins I was so sure. But none my family has twins so my family telling there is no way. I went doctor 7+2 she started doing ultrasound and told me baby is healthy and good heart beat. I told her are you sure only one baby ? She look at again said omg it’s really twins and they are in one sac it was hart to tell. I have healthy identical twin boys now.

I found out I was pregnant at 3 weeks 1 day! I was like wth cause my period wasn’t even due but I felt nauseous and was having hot flashes. The line was very distinctive so I thought I was further but no super early. Since 4 weeks I’ve felt like I’m having twins. I got a scan last week and only saw one but still have this overwhelming feeling that it’s 2. I keep telling myself it’s only one but my mind is stuck on 2 😩. Going back in December and I’ll be almost 10 weeks and I’m praying for 2 because that’s how I feel. 7 weeks today m. This gave me a little hope 😊 If not I’ll still be happy with one. My only child is 8. She was a twin but lost one early. I didn’t feel like twins with her though and it never crossed my mind. I found out I was pregnant with her around 5/6 weeks.

My bobs started hurting first a week or so before my missed Period. I started smelling everything, and nauseous Then on June 15 i had a mucus plug with blood and then I was spotting for 4 days. After the spotting stopped i started feeling bloating and when i lay down I’m so uncomfortable. But still negatives but i swear i see faint lines. Today I’m 8 days late on my period

That’s a great idea!! I’ll have to reach out to some brands to see if they’ll send me twin clothes for an unboxing and I can review the quality. I’ve seen lots of cute twin clothing online shops and have always wondered if they’re good or not. I’m broke from my twins and I RARELY buy clothes new and just get hand me downs from friends and family lol

I just took my test at 9 dpo (6 days until my missed period) the EARLIEST I could even test and it was faint positive but still positive enough you can clearly see it even on camera it’s obvious,the very next day I took another and it’s SO dark it doubled in darkness overnight. I’m thinking maybe twins?

Girl!!! The morning sickness is insanely REAL😩 I found out i was pregnant by doing a pee test and scheduled my first OB appointment but before i even made it to the OB i literally went to urgent care when i was about 5 weeks pregnant (before I knew it was even twins) because the sickness was SO overwhelming... I knew it was from being pregnant but I had no clue the severity was because twins.... anyways, I went to urgent care, begging for anything to help with the morning sickness!!!! Spoiler alert: nothing friggen helped, not even medication! Thankfully I started feeling better in the second trimester. But then the heartburn and gerd (acid reflex) hit me like a Mac Truck!!!! And spoiler alert: nothing helped that either! Just have had to deal with it!😹 I’m 35 weeks today, and I cannot wait to have my body back to myself!😹 I joke with everyone that my body is just a portal right now, and does what it wants.... but the symptoms are no joke!😹

I’m 8 weeks pregnant today. I think I’m having twins. By boobs started hurting like 5 days before my missed period and felt very bloated. I started having a lot of nausea all the time at around 5 weeks / 6 weeks and threw up only once. Ever since about 4 weeks I’ve been constantly starving and if I Don’t eat I feel every more nauseous. I always just wanna lay in bed and sleep and take naps everywhere lol. And I do think that my stomach is feeling hard already and I’m 8 weeks. My first ultrasound is in 5 days and I’m so excited to be having a baby but now I’m starting to think it’s 2 baby’s

I’m only 4 weeks according to my app my first appointment is on Wednesday super excited I have a strong feeling as well boobs have been hurting for month and are swollen got a positive at 2weeks super early I hope it’s twins for the both of us I haven’t thrown up at all or feel sick just extremely tired 😴 lol but with my first two little ones I was sick a lot n not as tired though this one is different fingers crossed 🤞🏾

I have identical twins, so technically ID twins are completely random and there’s nothing you can do to increase your chances of them. It is just random what causes the egg to split. I did take my prenatals well in advance, and tried eating the foods that make your more likely to have twins, but technically that should only have effects on fraternal twinning. Otherwise I just prayed and ultimately got lucky 🍀 I do believe that whatever you get is a blessing and what you are meant to have 💕

You know I am pregnant I found like a week ago... Haven't seen a doctor yet but something in me is saying I am pregnant with twins... My breast tenderness started before the I tested it at home and although I don't feel that much morning sickness but I am gaining weight too much... I'm always hungry and very tired... I feel like vomiting all day 😢 and I wake up around 9-10 in the morning but around 3-4pm a strong edge of sleeping just clouds me😩 but I fight it 😂 cz m afraid I'll stay awake at night 👀🌃

I got the faintest line with fmu at 9dpo by that evening there was most definitely a faint line on an amazon cheapie test. I confirmed at 10dpo with a first response. We found out at 6wks6days we were having twins

Not being rude at all butttttt no one ever really knows they’re having twins. Especially if there are no doctors involved. It’s just a blessing & should be taken as such. There isn’t anything special you do to conceive twins, I just wouldn’t give false hope! You get what you get when you’re TTC ❤️

I was suffering from severe all-day-long sickness and thought out loud to my fiancé that maybe there were two in there. He reminded me of the dating u/s I had that showed only one baby. I was like “oh, yeah.” And I never felt that way again until the anatomy scan showed two babies. So my feeling was right, I just didn’t believe it. 😅
