My husband is one of 14 sibs, same parents, and also farmers. All are now married with 1-3 kids each, and I am grateful beyond measure to have had the love and support of this tribe to help us raise our 3 children. I think we are approaching 40 grandkids and 4 great-grands (2 of which are my son’s kiddos). Congratulations on your 3 precious girls! ❤

Awww!!! [12:18] Cousin Mason was my favorite, because even though he seemed bummed about them being girls, he dawned his sweetest baby talk voice, "Hi little baby!", to greet her. Ugh!!! 🥰🤗My heart!
When my children were born we had 2 sets of grandparents to tell , 2 sets of great grandparents to tell and a great , great grandmother to tell. Before aunts and uncles . It was nice having 5 generations
I have 24 cousins on my dad's side, with 3 of them the same ages as my own children! The 27 of us(adding my brother, sister and myself) have added 31 to the family. However, 5 of my cousins are not married yet and sadly 2 passed away as children. So there's still hope for more additions to my loving and close-knit family!!

Love the surprise comments from all the family members. 😂. I had twins back in the 60’s and absolutely did not know there were two ( didn’t have ultrasound back then) because the doctor could only detect one heartbeat throughout the whole nine months. My husband wanted a girl and our daughter (age 4) wanted a boy,so I gave them one of each.HA! When my husband called my Mom she asked “ is everyone alright “ and he said “ yes, thank god “ then she asked was it a boy or a girl ?” and my husband said “yes” …so she said well which is it, a boy or girl ? and again he said “ yes” . I couldn’t stand the drama any longer and made my husband say the word “ twins, one of each “. Shock and awe would be a good way of describing the families responses. I worked full time up to a week before my due date( they were actually two days late) twins weighted 6 lbs each, I’m only 5’1” and gained 30 lbs so I looked like a beached whale. Took this video to take me back to a very happy time in my life💕❣️Huge congratulations to Mom ,Dad and all the family 🥰👏🏻😊
My mom only found out she was having twins 3 days before delivery. No ultrasound either. Our brother wasn't even two years old yet! SO many diapers, she'd used cloth for our brother but with 3 under age two ..STRAIGHT TO DISPOSABLE PAMPERS! 😆
At 12:28, I thought Cousin Mason's "hi, little baby" was precious. He might have been disappointed that there wasn't another boy in the family, but he instantly loved his cousins. He's a sweet boy.

Aunt Katie's reaction was great but Uncle Zach's was great, too. The respect he showed for his nephew's wife giving birth to a girl, not an it, was extremely heartwarming. We need more men like Uncle Zach. :)

I cried along with the glistening growth of your precious uterus (knowing you held two babies inside)and then when you delivered…I knew you had twin girls!! I don’t even know how you and your husband were able to keep such a secret. I was overwhelmed with such happiness and joy for your entire family. I watched the whole thing this was very sweet. After multiple miscarriges we hid our last pregnancy until 6 months just to be sure everyone was so upset because they had less time to plan gifts & help out but our little rainbow baby is so loved. I'm so happy for you guys. 😭🥰

Congrats! Gotta say it’s a little annoying to hear the disappointed tone of so many folks learning it’s “another girl”. Baby girls are such a blessing, so y’all were doubly blessed (well, triple blessed with three daughters in total)! 💗💗💗
My twins were my third pregnancy. I went to a different obstetrician, the third time, than I did with my first two pregnancies. (My first OB did at least 2 ultrasounds during each of my first two pregnancies.) However, My new obstetrician, third pregnancy, at 3 months gestation, answered my question as to why he hadn't done an ultrasound yet, and he said, "Because your first two pregnancies were healthy and you had No complications. We do not do any routine ultrasounds, unless you begin having problems with the baby or pregnancy, because your past pregnancies were healthy and normal." This was 1989/1990. At 37 1/2 weeks they decided to do an ultrasound because I began measuring bigger, (and the pregnancy was very healthy!) During that ultrasound they saw there were two babies. My Twins birth weight at 39 weeks were 5 lbs.13 oz. and 6 lbs. 15 oz.. I only gained 9 pounds during the twins pregnancy, and a few days after their birth I had lost the 9 lbs and was also 32 lbs lighter than my prepregnancy weight! I think because I was overweight when I got pregnant, and then was actually losing weight during the pregnancy, my stomach wasn't measuring accurate growth. Even though the babies were growing, (almost 13 lbs of babies), I was shrinking. 😁💗💗
This is lovely... And something that really struck me is that the closest thing to a cuss word throughout was "stinkers" it's just so genuinely wholesome. What a wonderful family!

My wife and I have twins that are the first twins in at least 3 generations of both families. It HAS been a dream raising our beautiful girls and our son (5 years older than his sisters). What an amazing adventure!
