Jalapeño Poppers:
•6-7 jalapeños
•1 8oz block of cream cheese
•1 & 1/2 cups Colby jack cheese
•1 cup bacon crumbles or cooked bacon chopped.
Cut the cap of your pepper off and then cut in half from top to bottom. Remove seeds. Soften your cream cheese and combine cream cheese, shredded cheese, and bacon. Fill each half with the mixture and top with cheese. Bake at 400 for 20 minutes.
Taco Stuffed Peppers:
•Ground beef or venison
•taco seasoning
•white or brown rice cooked
•four bell peppers
•sour cream
•shredded cheese
Cut the tops off of your peppers and remove the seeds. Cook your meat and your rice. Add your taco seasoning to your meat and cook until combined. Combine your rice and meat and mix well together. Fill your peppers (but I would wait to top with cheese till the end. My cheese go a little too crispy) and bake at 400 for 20-35 minutes or until peppers are tender. Top with cheese and sour cream. You could even add a little salsa to your rice and meat mixture before filling the peppers. But I didn’t have any. But I think it would add a lot!

King James Version
Finally, brethren, whatsoever things are true, whatsoever things are honest, whatsoever things are just, whatsoever things are pure, whatsoever things are lovely, whatsoever things are of good report; if there be any virtue, and if there be any praise, think on these things.
