I do water fasting..i am 6ft tall....i was 114kgs on 18 Jan 2020....today...7 March 2020 ...i am 95 kgs....in 47 days i lost 19 kgs...i have done three..7 days full water fast and in every water fast i lost 5 kgs atleast...fasting is a miracle

@@Dexter-mb8op so basically i did a water fast from 18 Jan to 24 Jan...full water fast...nothing except water...it was very difficult (that i had to take off for 2 days from my office)...but after 3 days..when i was down 4 kgs..i was very motivated to see my results and continued till whole week...and in one week...i was down from 114 to 107...after that...for 3 days i normally ate food..and my weight increased to 109-110 due to proper eating....and then again...started water fast from 28 Jan to 3 Feb ...and went from 109 to 102...and similarly going on...and now i am 95 water fast is very difficult for starting 2-3 days...but after that...it will become very easy... and two things that supported me most are...ZERO app for tracking my fasting...and one Xiaomi mi composition scale(weiging machine kind of thing which directly logs ur weight, bmi and other things also to mi fit app)...to log my weight every morning and night..to see the progress... And beauty is this...that your Mi fit app syncs with Google fit and Google fit syncs with this ZERO app so you easily see every thing happening on your app...i will give you the link of these apps usage and results if you want through a Google drive link

Aap bht sundar hai. Same situation mere saath v hai but and covid ke wajah se mai jimm v nahi jaa sakti hu. Mai pahle jimm jaati ti aur pregnancy ke wajah se gap ho gaya us waajh se aur weight bhad gaya hai . Muj thyroid v hai plzzz help me . My husband is only 63 kg and I am around 80 kg.

Normal walking can be done now. But weight training and heavy exercises shall be done at least after 3 months. And that too shall not be very rigorous

@@piyu9570 hi, I'm doing 10- 15 min of slow jog n 15 min of light workout since 5 days. Feeling good. But it scares me when someone says I should not do that. So confused.

@anupama anil I had also c- section n my dr suggested me normal walking for 10 months. After that can start gym.

yeah u r ryt.. ghee se weight gain ni hota agar ghee limit me liya jaye, but pregnancy me kaafi logo ko ( including me😂) ghee ka taste boht acha lagne lag jata h jis wajah se ghee ki boht craving hoti h nd obviously phr intake bhi boht jyada ho jata h, aur us tym pr kch physical movement bhi jyada ni rehta, that's why it results in excessive weight gain

Agar ghee ko aap direct heat main paka ke khayenge toh mota ho jayenge.70degree se upare paka ke khayenge to mota karegi warna nahi so roti ko tabe se uttar kar ghee lagana chahiye.

Kuch nahi hota ab bhi time hai. Regular walking karo. Diet pe dhyaan do. Poshtik khana khao. Ek katori salad lo khane ke pehle. Fruits khao. Sweets bilkul bhool jao. Late night me snacks wagera mat khana bilkul. Araam se wajan kam ho jayega

m from pakistan.. i gained around 20 kg during my pregnancy cause lots of craving during this period secondly i had c section.. after 40 days of my c section i started doing home workout and also controlled on my food portion.. my goal was to gain my pre pragnancy body and finally within 6 months i shred my extre 20 kg weight now my cutrent weight is 49 kg... feel so happy and comfortable 😊

@@naeemaarshad729 mene ghar pe hi exercises ki hain.. aik ghanta rat ko 5 days a week zaroor exercise ko deti thi.. jis me 3 din cardio or 2 days exercises ki hain.. mene 2 channal subscribe kiye.. emi wong and roberta gym.. ye dono. channal apko. you tube pe availble hojain gy.. ap inhy subscribe kar lain.. emi wong ki different exercises mil. jain gi apko.. or roberta gym se cardio kia mene... plus apny food se sugar ko. bilkul. khatm kar dia.. and food portion bhi kam kia.. mehnat buhat lagti hy or waqt bhi.. some time its exhausted but har nahi manni.. result apko. hi acha mily ga

Nd till now i havent started anything as such for w8 loss.. People here suggest not to do anything before 6 months as it is ur recovery period. Plzz tell me what to do.. I feel lyk as if i am getting into depression

@@fizausmani1696 people around you are misguiding you not to do work out before 6 month.. i alsa had c section plus during pregnancy mujh bawaseer bhi hogai... bt as i completed my 40 days right after c section i started doing exdrcise.. ub to apko cardio start kr denachaiye.. mera stomach skin buht loose hogai thi.. when i visited my doctor second time after c section and recovery she was amazed andasked me also that how did i loose weight so soon.. pait bhi under chla gya.. meri kamar ka size 24 inch hy ubhi or c section k time 29 k around ho gya tha.. buht shadeed tension me thi me bhi... mgar ye ap. ko hi krnahoga.. log sirf batain bnaty hain.. ap step lo.. rat k khany me main sirf daliya leti thi or dophar me aik roti.. subha me aik glass milk ya koi fruit bs.. no sugar.. no bakery items no fast food i had those days.. ap logo ki bato me nhi ao.. ap start lo.. is se apka period cycle bhi perfect hoga

@@fizausmani1696 actually ap jb tk loose krna start nahi karo gi ye barhta hi jai ga day by day.... isse control krain.. fat apkametabolism sliwkr deta h.. jese jese ap exercise or cardio ko routeen me shamil karain gi apka metabolic rate high hota jai ga.. ub is point p me cake bhi khati hon.. subha sham ki tea bhi leti hon.. food portion bhi increase kr dia mene.. q k mera metabolism and digestion system sahi kam kr ra and its all because of exercise and cardio... aik bat bta don.. mene weight training nahi ki hy.. us se sirf muscles build hoty hain like man and being a girl i dont like builded muscles.. my muscles are lean and i look slim not like a body builder woman.. meri advise jogi k ap weight training nahi krna.. cardio is best so asexercises
