Congratulations!!! I am so proud of you!! I have been noticing your weight loss on your last few loc videos. Knowing your body; listening to it and knowing what works for you is key. I am 57 years old and I have lost 28 pounds over 5 months. Mostly from waking up and working out. Kudos to you!!

Try not add sugar to your tea in the morning as that sugar counts as food & will start your metabolism. But I’ve tried intermittent fasting & it really helps, I drink black coffee or a herbal tea.
It’s such a small amount of cane sugar (2 teaspoons) that in the big picture it won’t have a significant impact on my metabolism. The benefits of drinking green tea outweigh any possible downsides of sugar for me. Koodos to you for drinking black coffee! I could never. I’d get shaky and anxious lol.
You must do what’s suitable for you & it’s working. I also do the 2MAD intermittent method now & then good for detoxing the body. Good luck with the rest of your weight loss journey 😊🇬🇧

Congratulations! You look fabulous. I get lcrazy cravings before my cycle. Chocolate gives me cramps. But, sugar is what i really need to work on whrn I'm coming onto my cycle.

A chocolate ice cream that I enjoy is the fudge popsicle they’re in a yellow box & they’re only 40 calories. Been looking forward to this video. I’m a home workout type of girl and dropped 10lbs this year. I have another 10lb loss goal moving forward
I love the Yasso brand but they’re 100 calories 🥴 they didn’t seem to have a negative affect on my blood sugar when I use to test after eating them while pregnant. I’m going to have to try the ones you mentioned and the ones she mentioned since they’re lower in calories.

I waited until my baby was a year to start intermittent fasting. I’m still breastfeeding, but he’s at the age where he is not relying solely on me for food.
