Always keep one thing in mind Tushar Sir, Your working partners are never your friends they are simply your colleagues. You should maintain your professional skepticism. This colleagues are always hungry to see when other will fall in pit and he will take advantage of it. This thing I have learnt from my father he have a colleague as a family frd, but when my father met an accident he tried to tranfer my father's job, to grab the credit of my father's achievements. So never ever totally rely on colleague or previous CA works.

That person will not survive in this field because CA practice is full of honesty integrity, fairness, faithfulness loyal toward client because you can commit fraud once but earn lifetime with honesty

Same thing happened with me. I did work of friend for 4 years trusted him and never forcing him for fees. I left his work and he promised me to give my fees but now he is not picking the calls. Not replying. He was in finals so he couldn't manage the work with studies and now he became CA than after he has not paid fees since 3 years have passed. His name is also Tushar surname is Kundariya 😀 Paisa involve hota waha niyat kharab ho hi jati he.
