I gained 30 lbs over the last 3 years. A lot of it was from stress, eating junk, and giving up because I didn't care about myself. I was up to 170 and it looked okay on my 5'7" hourglass figure but my body was hurting! I've spent the last 11 months tracking my calories, cutting down refined sugars, limiting dairy, keeping my carb intake to 30% of my macros, drinking 100 oz of water, and moving my body. Sundays are my day to take a break. I've lost 32 lbs and I'm only 3 to my goal weight of 135! I'm smaller than when I first got married and I'm so much happier. I knew I needed to make a change inside and out and I'm so thankful I did. If you read all the way through this, then please know that you deserve to be happy and healthy too ❤

I personally didn't notice any weight gain on you. I guess because I look for what's on the inside of a person instead of the outside of the person. Awesome video as always love you Arnold

I’m a new mom and it’s been so hard for me to get back in the gym like I used to do. So thank you for this because I always forget that there are so many different ways to lose weight and get back to where you want to be. You’re inspiring Arnold, thank you!

Good job, Arnold! I gotta agree with the comments, I didn’t notice the weight gain but I’m proud of you for doing this for YOU! I was one of the people who commented on your Instagram posts. I was at an unhealthy point earlier in the year. I moved to the US and without my family who had the same goals as I did, my time here turned into a binge fest. I’ve been doing better, I am somewhat doing intermittent fasting. I try my best to stop eating after dinner but some times with all those treats, it’s hard to resist. Oh,well! Also, not sure if you’ve ever tried HIIT? That helps to keep your metabolism up.

i started IF about 2 months ago lost about 15 lbs in that time frame. eating window is 12-8p. and i learned that every few weeks i have to break the fast and eat breakfast (oatmeal) to "shock" my body from it's usual and this kick-drives the weight loss if i feel like i'm not seeing any results.

@@mreees01 Hi emstella! Actually if I am breaking the fast it is only for the day. So i'll pick a random weekday that i feel like I can enjoy a good breakfast and just eat/snack my meals up until 8pm to go back to my IF the next day from 12-8pm. I maybe break my fast 1 day out of 3 weeks.

Congrats on the weightloss Arnold 👌🏻👌🏻💕 oh I love the sweet message at the end of the video, I’m doing weight watchers at the moment, I’ve try different types of veganism high carb vegan , high protein vegan , high fruit vegan , junk food vegan , I had a personal trainer which does work . I feel like the best thing is just eating healthy ,lots of veggies, some carbs and protien , whole fruits be careful of smoothies though I gained a lot of weight from having huge smoothies because a lot of vegan people on RU-vid were doing it but it really was not good for me. If I have a smoothie now it will be small or I have the fruit whole, not overdoing all the bad foods and doing some exercise 4 or 5 days a week inc strengthening and cardio. Lots of people are on RU-vid are doing keto too , too many diets 😕😕

I’v been bringing home made lunch for school and work. That has helped me lose a few pounds. Small portions and water has helped me as well. Thinking about starting to go to the gym and doing intermediate diet. 196 to 180 right now. It’s a hard journey, I’m happy for you and your wife. I enjoy watching both of your content by the way. And glad that you guys found a different lifestyle of eating ☺️💚💙

Honestly, I never notice that you gain weight. I thought you always look great 😊 But it’s better to invest in staying healthy than spending $$$ in the hospital. I’m doing IF and its hard especially if my husband can eat anytime he wants lol

I do my own version of intermittent fasting (9am-9pm) my naturopathic doctor okayed it. I have IBS and for the month I’ve been doing this I’ve felt the best I have in months 😊

I have to return back to my fitness journey. But for me I know Zumba is a workout that helps me loose weight fast and keep it off. Yet I also enjoy doing yoga, Pilates and aerobics. But for me I prefer workouts in the mornings then the evenings. As far as eating I try portion control and allow myself a cheat day every two weeks.

Good for you! 👍🏼 keep it up! Me? I just watched what I eat, Mostly organic foods, and do yoga. I never been to the gym yet and I’m in my mid 30’s. Still thinking about it though if I can squeeze it in my schedule and organize my time. But so far my body weight is just fine, a little bit on thin side though but I have curves even if I’m thin. Haha feelingera Ako (ask heart what feelingera means) 🙏🏼
