I want to see how this works, everyone else seems to be going Max extension front vs your theory. You’ll get less weight transfer to the rear when you limit front travel. But you can tweak how much travel and how long it stays extended after the launch. Come on track day!!!
If you don’t have double adjustable shocks up front to control how fast or slow the rebound and compression is then you’re wasting your time. Slow that front rebound down with limiting your travel and you’ll be heading in the right direction
Yeah I have Viking double adjustable in the front and rear. I have the extension or rebound as you called it all the way turned up. I think I’m either over powering them or they are worn out to be honest.
@@MeanGreen93 I considered that. But I really don’t like the way the upper part of the coil over mounts and trz makes a sweet mounting bracket I could weld in there to change it so I was thinking about doing that
@@Rev2lateRacing ah very cool. Hopefully it works out. By the way I live in Peoria so not far from you. Grew up in Pekin and Havana has been my home track all my life. My good friend is the new owner of the track. I saw your video and was like I’ve seen this car before lol. I have a 93 mustang calypso coupe. Sbf with a ysi supercharger.
@@Rev2lateRacing can do with straps as well. I’m no pro but in my own testing only I’ve noticed that under 800 hp u need lotsa travel , over that u need less and less
