I'm in the same exact position as you except I'm turning 16. Over the last few months or so, I have been getting serious about my life and what I want for myself later on. When I was 19, i lost my cousin who was 14 to cancer. She passed away while I was studying abroad in London that summer. She moved her quincenera date so that I could be apart of it before I left to London. I'm forever grateful and that losing someone so young may have traumatized me, but the fire it lit and the success I've experienced I owe to her. I have since helped hundreds of people in her name. Nobody can become financially successful overnight. They put in background work but we tend to see the finished part. Fear is a dangerous component, hindering us from taking bold steps we need in other to reach our goals. you have to contend with inflation, recession, decisions from the Feds and all. I mean these days people who don’t have any knowledge how to run a successful business you will find them teaching others to run their businesses. Isn’t it funny. 😁 The point is all you will get is stories after stories from the so called influencers but no actual value. Her story is inspirational but does not add value to my life as I and many others just wasted 8:53 min watching it. Good for her but at the end all of us have to think outside the box, take action and do whatever we can to progress in our lives. No one will get rich sitting on the couch. There is no magic pill.
I’m in this space right now where I’m a bit overwhelmed with a flow of information that completely debunks society’s go to college, get a good job and buy a home agenda. I’m working my my behind off and studying so much and soon I’m going to begin reading books on entrepreneurship and real-estate/air bnb renovating as I want to do the same things you’ve gotten into. I know it’s going to be a lot of trial and error and hard work but I’m so motivated everyday because of the people around me who have never seen money, I want to understand this money game and teach those around me! @@mahersaber6381 I hear what you are saying and I agree - We ARE all people, and the media's continued push to divide people rather than unite them is awful. However, systematic oppression exists whether or not it's the media's "agenda" and certain demographics face it more than others. In the US - Women, PoC, and non-Christian's/non-atheists' face oppression as well. It's terrible, but it isn't what my comment was about. I may have wrongly assumed that Inayah faces these things as a generalization, but as she spoke on them effecting her journey it is admirable that she was able to overcome them. We aren't any different, but that doesn't mean we don't face different challenges & experience in our lives.

If you don't have time, she basically rented properties to let them out further as AirBnBs and made courses to teach others about Rental Arbitrage (same thing as renting a property to let it out as AirBnB).
@@yahyawarsi2632 okay so apparently it is through rental arbitrage which is a way to rent a property and use them as Airbnb with the landlords agreement. I watched her second video (she only has three of them) to understand. Sounds like a good idea but I'm in NYC and Airbnb's aren't allowed here unless the landlord also resides in the property so they are rare or already being used as one

Living in what you say you're going to do is so important, we always lie to ourselves about that and it's a complete catalyst to ourselves. Notice how she doesn't discuss funding. Go try to start an Air n B with zero dollars, you can't. Start an amazing business with zero dollars, funding, funding, funding that's the only way. Find someone with money and show value. I'm not negating her intelligence or talent but she found funding and wasn't transparent about how she actually accomplished what she did.
This is so true to what is important and I needed this it is a concise discussion on some of the most important things and to me I tjink it is one of the best on how to perservere as an entrepreneur!
