“Money only solves money problems” wow. Wise words! It’s not a coincidence that just today I wrote my business goals as a 22 year old entrepreneur. You’re such an inspiration and I know I will be feeling like you, helping people and specially taking care and giving a better quality live to your family! Thank you thank you thank you 🙏 By the way, your course is to learn how to do air Bnb just in the us or could be in other countries like Japan?
“Money only solves money problems” You have a very sharp intellect. Not even just air bnb, Idk if you’re gonna write a book. But I’m definitely getting one when you do.
I'm in a study room right now trying to figure out what to do with this degree when I graduate. Trying to understand why I feel lost and out of place. After watching a video about how to be something I can't say 100% sits right with me, I've come across your channel and you've honestly made me feel like I'm not alone. I can say I feel like we relate in many points and a few experiences you've discussed. You've only made me feel more confident in following what I know I want to do and that I don't have to wait to do it. I do still plan on finishing school only because I am almost done. But I do want to know your best advice for someone in my position. I also participate in an extracurricular activity that I work really hard for and it takes up almost any free time I have. (Which I'm also not 100% sure I enjoy as much anymore and leaves me feeling out of place sometimes for a few different reasons). Investing in Airbnb sounds like something I'd enjoy doing considering my interests in real estate investment and the very same goals you shared in your videos. I'm almost 100% confident in it. But with everything I'm already juggling, I don't really know what it looks like on a day-to-day basis and if I'll end up having to come to reality and sacrifice this activity to start a journey I believe I'll be happier with. I just know that if ill have to i will.
You are so well spoken and wise beyond your years, it’s amazing. You are so right about money not solving your problems, if you have emotional or other issues, they’ll still be there. The only concern I’d have with this business model is, what if you sign these leases with landlords and you’re not getting any air bnb customers everyday? You’re on the hook for that rent..monthly, for the whole year. I don’t know people scale this model, bcus that part alone.
@@inayahmcmillan You did not say a single word how to make money, you just made a pretty cover of how you earn steep and that you are richer than the others, if obyektivno there is little motivation, but how to earn no, what is the point of calling the video as clickbait, answer me please
@@luckysnoop8666 kinda sounds like you just didn’t understand what she was saying in the video lol do not blame her for your lack of literature and understanding.
Your mindset is top tier and it’s not even bout the airbnb or money it’s the positive mindset keeep going and grown like i said ill catch up with you one day❤
Wow I just came across your 1st video out of nowhere thn this 1 ! Your attitude and character Is amazing may Allah swt continue to bless u I definitely wana try this 💖
I'm 21 working as developer in my own business, but I have a land and I have a house to rent, today I will start doing the interior design (sketches, designs, buy machine for cut wood, etc...) I really like interior design and I want to live doing rent and selling houses. Thanks for this inspiration and motivational video, this help a lot of people.
Hey I’m 20 are you hiring? I’ve been looking to break into the tech industry, but I just don’t know where the start. I got caught up in a Course and I was scammed.
@@mrpresident7580 You can start courses from Udemy, but personalli I like Facebook, Google and University courses from Coursera, some are free, others not.
Masha'Allah sister, insha'allah we'll see you go international and be more successful. Never say that you're a minority, you have your brothers and sisters everywhere and whenever you feel lost go to any Muslim country and you'll feel home. Salam from Algeria 👋
Congratulations Beautiful!!!! So proud for you and proud of you and yes, I have visited this before and see that is a great option so glad you stayed focused and followed through with it!! I was going to do with Coach Jim and then got sidetracked with my job, my children and expenses.
Don’t forget to mention the profits. As a owner of 5, I see people speak in click bait in terms of what they make. Not aiming this at you but those watching need to understand total revenue minus expenses is profit. Money is made but like any business there is bills. Great industry but there is RISK
Thank you for all these positive vibes 🙏🏼 But these days things become tougher and we are clearly in the Airbnb burst era…..how do you manage to be still profitable during this hard period we’re in ?!
mashaAllah, may Allah swt continue to increase your baraka and help others in your growth as well into more wisdom and sharing the wisdom you already have. i am a single black muslima almost double your age and this is such a vibe as far as goal setting and scaling up. looking forward to seeing your additional growth globally iA!
mashaAllah also your grounded character at your age! so sorry to hear the experience you had with family death and clearly Allah swt has allowed you to gain taqwa from it
I love how you shared about your Airbnb business and tried to motivate us at the end. Also I loved your previous video. Glad to be here on your journey from the start. Thank you so much🤍

I honestly had a thought just from someone talking about interior design, I ignored it, thought nahh just another one of my many idea’s…. You literally came up on my YT for you page…. Just talking and I thought let me give this video a listen and you’ve said things I’ve been thinking really hard about, I honestly do not know how to start and it’s crazy you literally covered everything in this video…. At my age I honestly feel stuck and you said “just try”… love that Thanks✨✨
I want to add SPIRITUAL growth. Doesn't matter how much money you make, if your heart posture isn't correct it'll all be made in vain. The money and "success" you make won't go with you when you pass. Use the money to help the less fortunate and not focus on material, fleeting things. Establish a connection with The Most High, be genuine to people and don't covet. 1 Timothy 6:17 - “Charge them that are rich in this world, that they be not highminded, nor trust in uncertain riches, but in the living God, who giveth us richly all things to enjoy;”
Dear sister, I watched some other videos online that 2023 is not a good year to start this business as the market is decreasing. I always live with passion and faith in my heart but I would love to know your personal experience and opinion concerning this topic Thank you so much for your bright presence and ways !
Great video, it's crazy how the right people come into your life at the right times. Is the e-book still available? I texted a number from a podcast you did and I didn't get it. I've already made great progress toward my goals and set much higher goals! I'm dreaming bigger, also I read the book "the magic of thinking big" in 2021 and went over my notes from the book which really helped. Is there a specific way you retain or organize information from books? I've read many self-help and financial literacy books from Tony Robbin's "Money Master The Game" to what I'm currently reading Joe Dispenza's "Breaking The Habit of Being Yourself".
That’s so true, “Money fix money problem”. My past 5 years, I’ve financially downgraded and it was nearly a tragedy. I was just talking about mortgage with my father and it turns out that investing in a mortgage is a lot worth it than investing in renting. I’d love to see myself reach at a certain financial level where I can feel free to do anything with flexibility along with my family. Blabla Great talk. 😊
I enjoyed reading between the lines to find about your personal philosophy. I will subscribe to your channel as I think I would need a bit of help with the Airbnb processes. I was earning 6 figures and I left that a few years ago to start a charity. My plan as a man is to bring lasting change in the world however I realised that you need money to do that. So I’m thinking about air bnb assets etc. Excellent video. I like your Spirit - it’s a leadership and caring spirit. Blessings.
Thank you for what you do!👍My version of success as a single mother is having the financial freedom to spend time with my kids doing wonderful fun things before they grow up. Being able to fix the mobile home or buy a new one and a car to be able to take my kids to school. I'm still struggling to make ends meet, but I'm searching for a way to do this.
I saw you in a video where someone interviewed people who own expensive cars and thought "Wow she is sooo beautiful 😍" You really look humble and sweet and saw that RU-vid showed me your other videos. Thank you for sharing God bless you, Jesus loves you! ❤
Congratulations Inayah! I'm glad to see that it is also possible even for people who are not from wealthy parents. I like your intention to help others too. I would like to attend to your free courses. How can I do it?
This is impressive but I bet it takes a team to run all these places. This isn’t passive income. But if it’s something you love/enjoy then it never feels like work. Last year I traveled to 22 countries and stayed in over 30 different Airbnb’s over 7 months in total. Nice job selling courses /coaching now that’s passive income 😎👏🏾👏🏾
So inspirational! A video series idea for you is to speak with other AirBnb entrepreneurs around the world and compare your stories, operations, and tips 😊 As a Swede, I’m wondering if your way of setting up your AirBnb business works similarly in my country - and I believe other non-Americans do too.
Really appreciate what you are doing. Its really very impressive. I watched many youtube videos on how to earn online money but mostly they are not sharing their complete training. Hope your free training worth it.
This is so amazing and inspirational, im so happy for you. Sometime could you make a video on the books that you read that you believe helped you the most please?
@@inayahmcmillan Salamu Alaykum, sister in Islam. The proper Hijaab is to have loose clothing and not tight. There will come women who will be clothed yet naked. They will not enter Jannah (the Everlasting Gardens of Paradise) after this life, nor smell its fragrance. So Muslim sisters should avoid wearing tight clothing.
@@inayahmcmillan And as for drop shipping, then the reason it is Haram, is because the person involved in it is selling that which he doesn't own. You have to buy the item, take it to your camp and then sell it. Or your seller could make space for you in his warehouse. After you buy it, he puts it there for you, and then ships it to your customer. Thus you become liable also if the item is broken or doesn't reach your customer. Because the drop shipper is advertising what he doesn't own and is actually engaged just exchanging money for more money i.e. Riba Al-Fadl.
@@inayahmcmillan The difference between 'Eenah vs Tawarruq. Let's say you are in need of cash now immediately, so you use merchandise as the medium. You buy 100 iPhones on installments and sell it to a third party for the cash that you need now vs the installment that you'll be paying later. The risk here is that you may or may not get the cash if no one buys it from you. This is called Tawarruq. It is Halal (lawful) provided you take possession of the item before reselling it. But instead of selling it to a third party, the seller buys it back from you with a lesser price, then this is the 'Eenah usury (Riba) transaction that will doom the Ummah. This is Haram (unlawful), because it is a trick that is used to get a Qard (loan) with interest.
Hey Inayah, I just watched your video and I must say that it was really informative and well-made. I was wondering if I could help you edit your videos and also make highly engaging shorts out of them.
And yet another awesome and empowerful video. I've heard many say the same from others saying that "Money is evil", when most of them may not know where this "saying" is derived from, which is the Bible...and while most of them are wrong....the correct text / context is, "The LOVE, of money is the root of all evil" . This doesn't mean that money itself is evil... However the strong desire that we call love, the same desire we have for people, are often intertwined with material things that cannot produce nor reciprocate love in return.... It breeds a selfish cycle of greed...And results in the "desire" being an evil one... I say ALL this to agree with you...Concerning the concept of you "not" agreeing with the mindsets of others regarding money. Extremely wise and inspirational. I'd love to see more videos from you regarding AirBnB on RU-vid. As always I appreciate you for sharing your story / testimony with us to learn and grow from. Blessing~
Arbitrage is subletting, which is typically prohibited in most leases. Add to that the cost of the proper insurance for short-term rentals (which is much higher than your normal landlord policy) as well as furnishing the property. Catch on the insurance is you probably won't be able to get the policy since you're not the owner and the owner technically won't qualify because they're in a year long contract with you. Now to get even more fun, in some states like mine, arbitrage is technically breaking the law because unless you have a real estate Broker's license, because you are performing work which requires a license (property management for others) without a license. That's a large fine and the potential for criminal charges on your permanent record. It's a violation of the Business and Professionals code out here and punishable with a steep fine and potentially jail time.
How do you find these landlords who agrees to rent to you to rent to ABNB? I have been looking for these landlords for years! none agreed! Listings in Zillows are done by realtors they don't need someone to list their listing in ABNB!
Money only solve money problems if that’s all you allow it to do. Money can be freedom, money can help with mental and emotional stress and growth because you have the money to pay for the therapy and strategies that accommodate issues. It’s about being smart enough to use your money for growth emotionally, mentally. Different classes/therapy and 1 on 1’s at your finger tips when you research and take advantage of the “money” you have. Money can go way past only fixing money problems. Money help you live a better quality life for yourself and family if you allow it to. 😊
You are awesome!!! So young and so wise! Congratulations on your success. ❤️ New subscriber here too😊 Also I actually do have an Airbnb in Florida and I am actually a Suoerhost I find it quite challenging. I am really looking for ways to grow and get more properties . So far I haven’t found a viable way to do it tho .
God bless you and your wisdom. I feel so unfulfilled. I’ve always been constricted by fear. I always wanted to be an entrepreneur but i was so scared of the risk because i barely have anything as it is. But i don’t want to be bonded by fear anymore. I want to learn i want success, and i hope i can afford to get direct mentoring from you❤ otw to your site
My thought was that I had been at 0 before, so if I went back to 0 I would have just had to figure it out again which I was okay with. Believe in yourself! You got this 💪🏽
@@inayahmcmillan it’s so cool that you comment. Please stay this way! This is what makes you Great! Serving and loving people is our number 2 calling! Outside of pleasing God and loving ourselves if that’s what you believe!
@emoneytauriac, try something and get your feet wet. I've never worked for anyone before. To me it isn't any frightening than work for someone and not knowing when you could be fired or one day find out your job shut down the day you show up for work . Not to mention , the sky is the limit when you work for yourself. However, its not for everyone .
@@ItsMyLifeDaralynn working for yourself actually is for everyone we’ve just been told that it’s not! Now wether you do it or not is up to you but it can be done and successfully
so you are basically making 80% of income by teaching how to do the thing that only brings you around 20% of income with lotsss of trouble. everyone reading not to discourage but airbnb is anything but easy in the long term
I would LOVE to learn! I hope you see this message. I am 35 and I am ready to break the chains and become an entrepreneur. I would love to know how to start!
Hi Inayah, I resonate with you and your background. Only difference is I am a 53yr young female. I am 1st generation muslim lady who's parents immigrated to Australia so I never fit in anywhere. I won't go into details here but I have been laid off from work from a male dominated industry without any appreciation for any legacy work I did. It's been 3 months and I have been focussed on building a garden oasis to lose myself and attract pollinators. With my age and gender I feel the pinch when applying for other jobs in IT. I am inspired by your story and would like some mentoring or direction. Is this something you can help with?
For each rental that you posted on air b n b from the landlords, did you have to supply the furniture ,beds ,tvs, and house hold appliances for each property?
Thanks !this is wonderful!Need some guidance in automation and how to minimise taking on wrong visitors who end up destroying apartments or are a nuisance to neighbours!!!
Early August, I clicked the link and got this 😥: The page you were looking for doesn't exist. You may have mistyped the address or the page may have moved. If you believe this page should be here, there might be more information on our status page
Hi Inayah, I joined the Airbnb Masterclass you hosted with Bryson, it was absolutely insightful, thank you so much…I wanted to ask a question however it wasn’t working as I was unable to post the question Can someone who doesn’t live in the US have Airbnb properties in the US ? Is it possible to have a package for those who live outside of the US and are interested in Airbnb in the US ? Thank you so much once again for your amazing Masterclass.
Love this content. Is that gross or net for the numbers were brought up for the monthly income? Like the $25k month, is that after all expenses are paid?
I'm thinking about starting as well. But just doing the math doesnt really add up. If I rent a place from a landlord for say $2500/mo and airbnb only cashflows like $3,000 I'm only left with $500/mo profit. That wouldnt be enough for me to scale to my next airbnb or how would I have enough money to pass screening to get approved by the next landlord?
Mashallah what a beautiful energy , the way you sit ,talk and just Ur whole aura is rare ,your so beautiful really inside out ❤️🙏🌷 thank you for being such an inspiration.
Wow super inspirational! I’m not living in the states right now, but this business sounds like a great business model. What do you think of the ethical implications for your business? It sounds like you are at a place where you can host more affordable luxe lodging in order to be more accessible- would you consider that? or have you?
Very wise young woman. And you seem so humble too. I have always wanted to do this... I wonder about the market you are in. That's the part I don't understand, it's easier in Miami then let's say some small town in Kansas.
