This is my beef chole with bacon bhature.
For the Bhatura
¼ cup rava
2 cups flour
¼ cup Curd
½ tsp Sugar
1or ½ tsp Salt
½ tsp baking soda/baking powder
2 tbsp bacon fat
¾ cup water
75g Bacon bits
For the Chole & Beef Cooking
500g Beef
300g channa/chickpeas
2no big Bay leaf
4 no Green elaichi
2no Black elaichi
1no Cinnamon
To make the channa masala
2 tbsp fat of your choice
1 tsp cumin
200g onion
1 tbsp ginger
1 tbsp garlic
2no green chilli
4 tbsp chole masala(1 tbsp for Tadka)
1 tbsp coriander
Garnish

Coriander
