Personally I don't understand why you can't tell the employees what you are up to if they ask. Why lie and say you are comparing online??? Why can't you just say you are using an app to take pics of their stuff for money? It's not like it's against the law. You make it so secret. They can't make you leave really either since you aren't doing anything bad.
Thanks for this! I used to do mystery shopping 30 years ago so I know it’s still out here, just haven’t been able to find a legitimate company to try. I will let you know how it goes, so far all they’re offering near me is 575 and under for the stores. Also trust me these days it’s not that much of a mystery the store doesn’t mind if you do this. Now if you are reporting on their customer service that’s different, that’s what I did back in the day. Used your referral code thanks!
I used to be a manager at Walmart and I can tell you that most places don’t care what you’re doing. I know the app says not to tell the store but if you just tell the employee using one of the apps to make money by taking photos they’re not gonna care. You can also just give them a name of one of the many other apps out there if you don’t want them to know you’re using this one
The merchandiser app, asked me to take over 100 pictures in one store. I was so annoyed, I walked out after about 25. I had to open every freezer door, and make sure they were lined up perfectly. I’ll give mobee a try. I love how detailed you are.
I do roadie and Mobee and on the waiting list for Skipcart. I was doing roadie solo for 4 months and I was looking for other apps and I remembered Mobee. I haven’t done Mobee in 2 years I’ve been doing it for a couple days and forgot how fun it is!!
So for the already completed mission still showing available it is probably because they have not received the required number of impressions or caps for that particular mission. That's why the missions keep increasing in value overtime to persuade more shoppers to do it. They probably work with averages or something like that to improve reliability of the data. It's actually a good gig for extra spending money.
Yeah, I figured they want more than one n not that she didn’t do it, right. But I definitely looks like a good side gig better than freaking DoorDash these days and I mean don’t get me wrong that’s better than nothing if you need a flexible job, etc. But both are easy enough to fit in together. Those hours you can’t get on Dash now and or Uber eats is sleeping 😂 or whatever. But I would have to knock one or two of these out first before I even dealt with DoorDash for that day if it’s as good as it seems consistently. Glad they’re putting your videos back in my feed after I saw a few of your shorts and 👍🏼 liked them, of course. And I’m definitely curious to see how this goes and happy to see you doing well instead of sitting there waiting for halfway decent ones like me when I dash. I want to say “except you’re less picky than me even” but I’ve been known during certain times to settle a little bit… not ridiculously so - but. Not upside down on miles to money, but if it’s only like 4.75 going like a mile or sometimes half a mile. And if it’s breakfast time and they’re ordering just for themself how much are you gonna expect for that? but at least you’re not going really far for a couple dollars more. And then you can get a better one. As long as it picks up from there. And those ones usually end up being like across the same plaza or across the street or something like that. and it’s usually just the first and only employee there in the middle of doing a pedicure … so they couldn’t leave to walk to the bagel store at the other end of the plaza. I guess this way when the pedicure is done she can have breakfast. Anyway, I shall be watching.
@@SaraElizabethYT maybe you could even do it again if it was at a different location if they have it listed for more than one location which I have no idea.
Sounds like a better gig than DoorDash, but how long before that market is over saturated like DoorDash 🤷🏻 Glad you’re enjoying it, I’ll keep watching to see how it goes! 👍🏻
@motowndrive, please explain to me why Sara or when you do these missions are so secretive? I mean why can't you just tell the employee that you gotta take pics of stuff in the store for an app. That you get paid. They can't ask you to leave cuz you aren't doing anything wrong. I know Sara suggested to lie. But....why can't ya'll just tell the truth?
I did this job as well. I was alone & nervous the entire time. I kept saying $50, $50, $50. I told the employee I was comparing prices. He left me alone but I'm more worried about loss prevention. They aren't dumb & know what we are doing. I was afraid it wouldn't get approved because they are so particular but it did!
Well, you’re taking pictures not stealing and you could be helping somebody who is housebound to shop you could be doing a bunch of different things. But it’s either the store or like in this case, one of the computer companies who are hiring you to do the job so they’re obviously not sending you to rob the place or break Any laws is my point. The only reason I can think of why they would pay in gift cards versus a payment to your card of choice, would be well, first I thought it was, because maybe if they buy in bulk they get a decent deal such as get it for 15% off or something or who knows more? But then I realized if they are all hiring people to do missions like this or other ones that maybe they just like swap. Some kind of program. But yeah, I honestly don’t even see why anyone at the store certainly on the sales level should really care because I mean if the place was dirty and that’s what you were taking pictures of shame on them but it’s not even like that. Although that will make a good video one day. 😂 Glad it’s going so well for everybody who’s doing it. I’ll have to look into it.
@rachmunshine9474 I mentioned loss prevention because they are the team monitoring the stores & not just for theft. These apps are secret shopping, which has been around forever & has always been frowned upon. A lot of the time, it is a competitor who wants the shop done. There is a reason why most of the apps tell you to never reveal the name of the app & leave the store without a scene if asked to do so.

@boohere2 Like I stated in my previous reply, most stores do not enjoy being secret shopped. Almost all of the apps instruct you to never mention the apps name or what you are doing. The stores can absolutely ask you to leave for any reason.
Don’t get too excited, I didn’t actually get paid the only 2 missions I tired, there’s a series lack of explaining where to find product to neurodivergents. Shoot I’ve been trying to get help from support very little help they are
Just signed up using your code. I see a lot of $5 jobs with 2 miles from my home. Now I just have to tell people what I’m doing taking pics in there store :) There are 3 convenience stores - kind of hard to “blend in” there.
They probably won’t ask but if they do day you’re shopping for someone (friend, SO, parent) and they’re picky and keep wanting pics of everything to decide what they want lol
I used this secret shopper 3 times since I signed up under year. I did advance auto part today. Was less than half a mile away. Did Lowes on Saturday. Both of them are still pending but it did take a few days for me to get my points for the 1st shopping I did at Home Depot. Have you ever had anyone question what you were doing while taking pictures? I know mobee don't want you to tell them your a secret shopper. One thing I do notice it never seems to summit in the store. It'll work for me when I get home after connecting it to my wifi. Just realize you made this video 4 months ago.
Thabk you. This will be a life saver for me right now.. I'll use the VISA card, Target, Walmart and CVS. May a starbucks one here and there. I need to look to see if they have Panera or Wendys. That would make me super happy. I used your referral code❤🌸💕
I did the Best Buy job. It got rejected. I had them review it. Got an email the next week that it was approved, and then hours later, I got another email saying that it wasn't approved. So basically, I got screwed. I still don't understand why. Something about the Samsung display (which was nothing but a table with 2 laptops). Haven't done a job for them since. Curious if you get approved.
I signed up with your code and I tried to do a mission but it asked to take picks in the supermarket self-service cashiers area and it was 8am and dead so the 2 helper employees were watching me and asked if I need help. I said no, but it had a lot of pics and questions, so I just left, i was creeping them out and it was uncomfortable. Maybe I'll try again another time.
I'm into researching almost everything. So I wanted to get reviews on this app. , and one thing I noticed is that they're saying iy takes upwards of 3 days-7 days to get the reward. How long did it take for you to get paid?
Ok, first thing if you are mystery shopping, know what the task is before going in so you aren't reading each step with your phone out. And the key word is mystery, stop being so obvious with the pictures you are taking. Second what kind of hack company are you using? I book my shops and don't have to worry about someone else starting it. I book my day and go within the time frame in the posting for the shop. Third $50 isn't that good for the effort involved there. I can do 90+ in an hour + free fuel or merchandise
Ummmmmm. In most cases, with ACTUAL legit shops- this is a big no-no because not only are you showing the company but you’re showing the exact things that are being looked at. And that’s a violation so I would be careful putting this information out here like this granted you can block it out, blur it out and just say I’m at a certain company, but your channel shows your face and everything completely voiding the POINT a Mysteryshop. I say this as somebody who’s been doing it a little over nine years. Just check with the companies that you work with. Because if they find this out, not only will you not be able to get paid for, but they will no longer work with you and you’ll be reported possibly through msps. I have seen it happen with others in the past. I don’t know maybe policies are different now but from my understanding, you are definitely not supposed to do any of what you’re doing right here. These little side quest apps have different standards though. So just check that fine print to cover yourself.
