Just make one side the same length as the edge of the slot, and the corner a right angle.

The triangles don't need to be very pricise, although I would recommend making them identical to each other. I don't think I measured when making them. I just used a straight-edge and a utility knife.

Thank you, it's good to be back. Yeah, the van is working very well, considering what I've been putting it through. It's been a real trooper. I haven't had it for 6 years yet but I put 180k miles on it and I've only done basic maintenance. I'm on my third set of tires, second battery and who knows how many windshield wipers. But I'm still on the original brakes and they're still good. Oh, and I just replaced a headlight bulb.😁

Great question. It's not balanced. It's shoved into the space where the window glass would normally go. So your measurements will need to be precise.😁
