I absolutely love listening to you. My wife was just recently diagnosed with lupus.... So I find RU-vidrs who share the same story and I enjoy listening to different people share where they are in this journey. Thank you and stay encouraged.
lol, i can't stand those noisey bugs or whatever they are either. ...but i hear you on the yoga, I've been doing a lil bit from a video tape i have and it really makes my muscles & joints feel relieved, as long as i don't over do it...i do it for like 5-10 minutes. .it seems short but that all i can take for now...Now this prep meal idea your talking about would be great, i have been cooking my meals for the last month by cooking meals that last at least three days, it has really been a load off me, because certain days i don't have the strength...and u have been creative with my meals too..like fir the first time i made soft turkey tacos, the best!!! thanks for the update!!💜lupus
I use a cream that I got when I was travelling abroad. It's the only thing that helps me with my skin rashes and it works quick too. When I use it it stops itching within a few minutes and the rash disappears within a few days (sometimes over night, if I catch it early). It's a cream from Thailand called Dermaman cream (a corticosteroid). It's for everything itchy from mosquito bites to eczema and psoriasis and it works really well for me. I hope you can get hold of it. I buy a lot of it when I go to Thailand, and store it in the refrigerator at home. I've never seen it in stores where I live though...
