It’s not what seems guys. Copart charges a lot of fees and it only works for you if you got a dealers license. It’s an investment for sure but it won’t make you $100k easy.

This isn’t a side hustle, it’s a full time job.

If you buy a cheap car at Copart, do not buy salvage just for the salvage inspection they want everything fixed. I had to fix one of the window regulator, window wiper motor because the high-speed wouldn’t work low and Middle did but not the high. Also, they made me buy two new tires. One of the fog light was out and . had to fix the oil leak and last the handbrake didn’t work they made me fix it too. It was not worth it. did make a profit, but not that much. Oh the inspection fee damn, you get a rebuilt title. And low ball offers. If u find a clean title then it’s worth it . Luckily I fix everything myself.

Bought a car from copart in California. Auction sold price was 3300 and after all additional fees was more like 6000. That was before the repair costs. Was in at 10k when all said and done. Kept the car and still driving it 2 years later 😂

If you win a vehicle for 1k in auction then have to turn around and pay another 1500 on auction fees that shit ain't worth it. Smh as a dealer if I pay 1k for something I'm spending maybe 1400 to 1500 max dealer fees included You might as well get a dealers license if you're paying that kind of bread to flip smh It's from all these copart flip channels though. Listen I'm not a dealer I've never sold the car but it's definitely not easy money it takes money That's what you don't want to explain do you use your own money or do you borrow money from the bank and on top of that when you sell a car what if somebody comes back to you in the car engine died a week later what do you do take it back give him the money back

but how do you sell all of the cars without a dealers licesne? You can only sell a few cars a year before you need a license. Only other way is to float titles
