How I make an Axe Block / Carving Stump for Green Woodworking 

I wondered whether to make this video as I feel there's nothing here you couldn't figure out.
However, I know a lot of folks end up with crappy axe blocks or no axe block at all when they wing it - so here's how I make mine in a consistent and repeatable way to get a useful block.
You'll need some way to bore a good size hole, my T auger is around 1 1/2". The rest can be done with a hatchet and a saw.
