as someone who's main interests rn are nails, and clay, AND someone dealing with chronic pain + fatigue who's just figured out I actually cant survive working full-time + am deciding to start a clay business, this strongly resonated with me. i like that you kept trying even when things were going wrong! i also love the nail painting segment haha

I definitely understand!! I’ve put my passion to the side for years but I’m now taking a break for my mental health after being recently diagnosed w bipolar and certain jobs aren’t best for my health but I’m starting to do what l love again Art & content soon!

Preheat the oven! I don’t know if you did in the video, that’s probably why the first coaster got burnt. 🍳Also yes I recommend Sculpey, I work with clay too and hands hurt with tougher clay 😭.

The first oven didnt have any preheat options ;-; it only had 475 temp ;-; . Sculpey is SOO much better

@@Sinnineven if it doesn’t say preheat, you could turn it on and wait til it heats to the right temp. Because ovens usually turn the heating element up extra strong to get up to temp faster and that is why you are supposed to preheat ovens before putting things in.

I bought this resin and it’s meh it separates in the clay so they’ll be dots where you put it on and it’ll just move off when you already resin it but tell Me how you like it

if there is bubbles, a heat source can takes those out. So far the Uv resin is holding up! it did not separate for me. I have used this brain because when I was making doll eyes
