@@elenaredondo7041 He was gone for more than a year, zero contact on my end because he sent some lame text last year asking how I was doing and I ignored it (You learn from Shelly to accept no breadcrumbs half ass attempts so I left him on read..fast foward he reached out again with huge apologies, compliments.. He's totally different. He moved in with someone after we broke up and called me to say I was perfect and he was miserable and he's sorry he never saw it sooner 😂. I don't want him romantically anymore but Shelley's stuff does work !!! He was very closed off and stubborn.. now he won't leave me alone !!

Also working on self and being confident and happy and removing toxic people from your life will naturally attract good men/women who want to commit. Ten en cuenta que Shelly lleva como 10 años en todo esto, claro que tenía sus dudas como ser humano, pero en la práctica, el tiempo y la paciencia está la sabiduría. En un vídeo recuerdo que ella explicaba que cuando le tardaba la manifestación, se hacía preguntas de curiosidad, no de duda. Por si te sirve. Tal vez puedes darle un sentido diferente a esa duda en el momento en el que aparece en tu cabeza. Pensar mucho en algo también hace que sobrepienses demasiado y ahí es más fácil caer en un círculo de emociones negativas, y poner atención a lo que no sucede, que es lo que se quiere. Yo creo que lo mejor es sentirlo cuando quieras sentirlo, sin forzar, sin sobrepensar, exprimir al máximo ese momento de sentimiento máximo, y luego centrarte en otra cosa.

Hi Shelly! You look so beautiful and stunning! I would like to hear about how you motivate yourself to do imaginary acts like inner conversations throughout the day multiple times for weeks without getting tired or getting to a point where it becomes routine and you don't feel it as much anymore. Example: In your other video about this topic (1 year ago) you said that you could repeat the inner conversations up to 10 times per day, between 2-3 weeks. Did you feel the same in week 2 and 3, as the first days? How to maintain that feeling? Any tips? Were they always the same? Were they short sentences? Did you ever have extra conversations talking about anything during the day, besides hearing him say nice things, to feel more "in the end"? Could you go deeper into the inner conversations? I think that's my style too, inner conversations, better than affirming all day long, visualize, scripting, etc. I feel it the most natural technique when it's about people and relationships in general.

1. Write a love letter from “your person's” point of view, to you 2. Focus only on the good memories you’ve had, and/or on what you want to do together 3. Be very detailed and thorough 4. Fall in love with yourself, in the letter. Profess love to yourself. Feel and believe the love that you want them to give you. 5. Fully believe that this person gave you this letter 6. Remove all doubt from your mind and old stories about your past/future together. (100% conviction that what is contained in this letter, is your new reality!) 7. Fold this letter towards you and seal 8. Put it under your pillow and sleep with it. Remember the feeling of what it felt to receive this letter; get rid of any doubt. (9. When/if in doubt re-read the letter!)

lovelyshanah I saw your comment.I'm a guy.I'm going to give you some advice.I've seen and done alot.Have been in many relationships.First you need to grab a dose of reality.There is no such thing as getting positive energy from the universe to meet someone.I don't know your age or life experiences.Point number one in America relationships have become totally toxic.Infidelity has become the new norm.Feminism has destroyed the idea of what is a good wife.Men are dropping out of the dating scene.40% of men in their early 20's are not dating anymore.Many of these men have never had sex with a woman yet.This is true.By 2030 40% of women in America will be single and childish.THAT'S 40%.They say they don't need a man.Most men don't even ask out women anymore.Men have got the message."Hey you don't want us to ask you out anymore,ok,we got the message."Men no longer want to be humiliated anymore by asking women out and always getting "no" or some sly remark.Did you know that 80% of women find most men "unattractive".Did you know that?There is no "step by step" approach to finding happiness or being in a good marriage.Did you ever ask a guy out that you were attracted to?I asked a couple women to give me a good reason why a guy should get married today.They didn't answer me,Anyway hope things work out for you.

You don't need to go out, I manifested my bf without doing anything consciously and it happened to come through an online platform that I installed for a totally differeny reason than dating😂 so don't worry about the details.
