Steps : 1. Have intention - define / make a list of what u want 2, journal - as if I am telling it to a frnd as if it has already happened. 3. Move on from negative beliefs / mili 4. Don’t accept or tolerate anything less than what U desire.

I can relate to this 1000%. Before I met my current bf I always focused on what I DONT want in a man, and guess what? All those things I didn't want is what I got because that's where my energy went. After discovering the power of manifestation I switched my mindset and made that journal just like you did. 6 months later... BOOM! My man is everything I wrote down in that journal.. we've been dating for almost 2 years now 😬

I manifested my boyfriend too, i wrote his personality down, how he treats me and my loved ones, his hobbies, and i also wrote down “soft thick healthy hair, tall and broad shoulders”… he is literally all that. But before we started a thing i worked on my self, and my independence! I hated myself before and i didn’t wanna show up to him like that so i worked on myself!! 💗

I’m in my “having fun in my single season” phase. I want to create my best, most happiest life before he shows up so I don’t ever lose myself in a relationship again. He’s definitely gonna be a bonus cause my life is already a dream!!! 🥰✨💓

I legit manifested my husband too! I look at my vision board when I visit my parents home (it’s still on the wall lol) from 2015 when I was in college and I’m like woah!! I am actively living in the reality I always knew I would. It’s amazingly insane

I unconsciously manifested my marriage - I literally was wearing a ring on my finger so when men approach me I would tell them I’m married (I didn’t want a relationship back then). Also I was very intentional with my thoughts about my future partner and thought in detail what I wanted to get. After a couple months of doing that I met my future husband who is everything I was praying and wishing for!

I can absolutely relate to this. I met my husband in a time when I was so focused on myself and enjoying my early 20s. Now he's one of my biggest blessings.

I’ve been dating and been experiencing disappointment after disappointment and it has made me very depressed . Like sobbing staying in bed depressed. And after awhile it made me feel like I can’t keep feeling this way. So I found a few therapist and have decided to start going to the gym again and start getting out and going to events . I think it is real important to heal before moving into a new relationship. So many people don’t do the work to heal. These guys nowadays are something else and when you get played it makes you value your self worth . I had to wake up and even block people like you described . I’m ready to move on .

One thing about manifesting is you have to KEEP manifesting . So even though you’re married you have to continue to manifest so we don’t lose what we manifested

Self concept is the key.. I was with this guy who had a very low self concept for himself too! When i started doing my inner work i understood he's not the one.. So i let him go & focusing on myself..

If you want to learn about everything she is talking about read books by Michael B Beckwith. I manifested myself to medical school which a below average MCAT score as a 31 Black female. Most schools don’t accept “older” students. Manifesting works in EVERY aspect of your life. 💜💕

I did this same thing - We don’t need someone to complete us but so happy that I manifested someone who supports me , understands me and shares their love w me!

This is so real. Im starting to realize that I need to really sit with myself and be real about what I want in a person and understand what I need to work on myself internally when it comes to dating or relationships if I want to be with someone. Bc if u don’t know and just keep seeing ppl without knowing who you want to pursue a relationship with, you’ll always end up not feeling satisfied or feeling like you’re with the wrong person.

I literally said I wasn't getting married at all. I had plans but in about a year, I got married.

I loved this! There a few points in there I dug: 1. Using Emotions to speed up the process-one of the reasons why I dig Dr. Joe Dispenza’s work so much is, not only is he obsessed with the science of how manifestation works, but he teaches people how to teach their own bodies how to feel elevated emotions. 2. You mentioned skeletons in the closet and such and finding ways to heal not only that person but yourself. Dr. Bruce Lipton’s spoke on this pretty well in not only “The Biology of Belief” but “The Honeymoon Effect” and how we can learn from cells to create better relationships as well as learn to deprogram our subconscious mind from thinking/emotional habits we don’t want and reprogram with the ones we don’t want. 3. When you said we can’t do this from a place of desperation and Lack-I could DEFINITELY relate. And even going back to my point about healing and programming. For myself it’s always been easy to feel Lack and Desperate-why? Because I repeated the thinking and feeling cycle enough times that I was an expert at being desperate. So I also used Dr. Dispenza’s meditations not only to unmemorize and prune nerve cells related to lack, but to practice feeling elevated emotions so manifesting is easier. That’s also when I use affirmations, because in a trance-like state of Theta brainwaves it’s hard to analyze and hear that inner voice “You’re NOT grateful! You’re miserable! You’re delusional!” That default mode is put to sleep. As I’ve been practicing for better health, I gotta say having a supplemental meditative practice to deprogram living in survival and reprogram living in creation/abundance has helped with my main meditation to help with healing. Last night I had this “inner bath of energy” that was making my nervous system vibrate and decrease some pain...all because I practiced gratitude before and reprogrammed my subconscious to say “I am health and wholeness” and “I am gratitude”. Then surrender your creation to a greater mind (God in my case). Had one of the best meditations ever due to the core concepts you touch on here. Thank you so much for your story, as it inspires me a lot! 😁

The problem with manifestations and getting what one wants is getting what one wants instead of what God wants for you. Knowing God, I prefer His choice because as One who sees the end from the beginning, I trust His way and opinion over mine. There's a lot I can't see and don't know. I don't want what I want cause I don't know if what I want is what's best for me. Submitting to God allows for God to work on me and prepare me for the person He has prepared for me for His will to be done.

So up until recently I was doing this same thing. Like I manifesting someone I hadn't met yet while moving on over my ex. However I just got the weird feeling one day that I want him. It's almost like HE is manifesting me. In any case so I'm applying my affirmations for my life partner to him 🥰

In the Quran it literally says “And of His signs is that He created for you from yourselves mates that you may find tranquility in them; and He placed between you affection and mercy. Indeed in that are signs for a people who give thought”. This indicates manifestation right here and means we can create our own partner from within ourselves

I did a lot of work on my mental health and self worth in the past year and I really feel ready to start using the loa to look for a partner again. Somewhere around 2015, I raised my voice in prayer and refused to believe that I wasn’t receiving what I needed simply because I wasn’t doing something right, or wasn’t saying the right things in prayer. As a man, I did this unknowingly. I had night shift and 4am outside the warehouse, I would have my cigarettes every night at look up to the moon. I would say to myself “I can’t wait for the universe to bring you to me”. I said it to where my heart accepted that there is someone perfect for me. The universe will bring her when I’m ready. I am one who is interested to practice and learn and hear about ppls experience with LOA, I listened to several renowned LOA masters but this girl's expression about it made more sense to me than most ppls I listened to for years.

I was focused on fun and myself solely & wasn't attached much to anything... And that was the time, when someone I thought who was a very important part of my life, left me......
