If you want to give KITTL a try and make some Pinterest pins... here are the link and code :) Thanks for watching! Hope this was helpful kittl.pxf.io/xknOox code :MAKYT
I have been watching these for a month and I haven't made any sales but I did the pinterest pin collage board and I know I've at least had 2 Etsy views from it so I would definitely try it out!
you are the most useful youtuber out there by the way, i have an etsy store and I always come to your channel and get so much good info, thanks a million
I have been researching videos for a report I am doing for work and this is by far the most helpful video I have watched on being successful with your print on demand shop.
I can definitely agree with learning how to do it yourself is a great idea, however I did want to thank you for the new tip. I have heard of paying an influencer to promote your product but never paying them to make the video for you to use. I might try this for my products.
You're so down to earth and knowledgeable! Thanks so much for the awesome info :) Just starting out and this video was so helpful! Will be looking for more now..
Like and subscribe. You seemed pretty based and authentic. Too many people on here are selling you about this stuff instead of providing useful information.
I went to your Pinterest account to get some more inspirationa for pins and was very disappointed to see this particular pin is no where on your Pinterest boards. And your 41 pins look nothing like this one :( Your title says this is how YOU market, but your pins don't suggest that. What is up with that? Do you really have a POD business? Your Pinterest Name even says Business Inspo, but your pins don't say "inspire your audience"... :/ Where is the Pinterest boards where you market your POD business?
I felt the whole video/advice was pretty generic. Just recycling content already done by other youtubers. However, to be fair, I don't think she should have shown her real Pinterest account/board because everyone (blindly) copy other people's work, which isn't ethical or fair. If she is actually making money then she won't share her money-making designs because you, me and the internet will copy the design, saturate the market and then no one will be making money from that design. All POD RU-vidrs don't share the name of their stores or/and designs. I don't blame her.
Thank you for the UGC tip.! I am sooo not interested in being a DIY marketer for my products. I'm a single momma with a lot on her plate... I delegate as MUCH as I can.
I have a small buisness selling anime kawaii cool fashion, cups, skincare and more. I promote on every single platform I can but only get 200 views on tiktok each post. And I use free ads. Haven't made a sale from those yet so I will try this. Willing to try anything ❤
Should I create a business account for both instagram and tiktok accounts or should I leave them as personal account? I am asking this because business accounts get more tools for analytics and marketing but low visibility than a personal account
I would create a separate business account:) and keep it all separate from your personal. You can always promote on your personal but I would deff have it separate
Omg! I have been looking for a video like this! No one has ever actually showed the steps to market pod items on TikTok. Would you recommend a TikTok business account? ❤
what if were just starting- should we wait to see what sells to pick which samples to buy? or just pick a few of my favs for samples and make videos with those? Also i heard a big POD seller say that she never makes videos but gets crazy sales. How is that possible?
New subscriber here. Great video thank you!!! With the Pinterest part, did you mean you can post just the image of the product or you can create a board with a selection of images for the product?
Hey, amazing video! I have a question: I've heard a lot of people promoting their Etsy shop on Pinterest and getting a lot of clicks but no sales. What percentage of your Etsy sales come from Pinterest?
Most of my regular Etsy sales do come from the Etsy marketplace itself Pinterest is a good way to get more reach and eyes on your shop but yes it is possible to have the pins do well without people purchasing. I have had pins go viral for my products though so I always recommend Pinterest just from seeing the potential
Do you know any supplier that can handle the media production for you? I think i would be quicker and more efficient if the suppliers can do it for you
This was super helpful. My only question bc I’m new to TikTok is if you are saving trending music is it a Copyright infringement. I understand if it’s a generic sound it wouldn’t be, but how would I know if it’s a copyrighted sample used without permission vs a generic clip if I’m copying off someone’s feed?
Hi, thank you for this great vid. This is what I don't get with product samples though: say I have 750 different products on POD (Print on demand). I'm not going to order these 750 products! Even with the possibility of returning the products once I have filmed them, this would be time consuming, etc. Also, COSTLY as I'd have to PAY for the return fees. Not to mention product handling... The risk of creasing/breaking/soiling them. And would my returns even be accepted for no valid reason?? I have products for sale now (on Gelato) and I just use the site's presentation templates. Then I can copy, edit, paste these template-photos to ad for my products on social media. However, my Printify account is stuck as I haven't accepted to order my first product. If that's the only way, I'll have to ditch Printify because no way I'd spend money buying my own products, with the cost and the hassle of returning them, in the hope to sell them! And what if they DIDN'T sell?! Has anyone been able to sell without ordering samples at Printify?
You're not willing to order even just one product and keep it? People mostly just wanna see that you're legit and that you can highlight aspects/quality of your product.
Hey! Yes, as I said in the video, I wouldn't order a sample of every single product. Order a few from your store that you like or have sold before, and take pictures and videos of those. This will help bring traffic to your store and get views on other items as well. This is why using an app like Placeit is very helpful, too, as it's done online. You can also order blank items and take your own photos or videos for mock-ups, too. I wouldn't see a reason to return items; most POD suppliers will not accept the return. Hope this helps!
@@rinagetsreal6189 You work for Printify or have shares there? By the way, since I still didn't have any reply from them, I went on Chats and found out that ordering a sample's not compulsory. But they do make it look this way. And NO, dear, as my first product was a large framed printed art, I certainly wasn't going to spend $$ in the hope to make money from it. I don't gamble when I do business.
They are similar because they're both design platforms but have different features! I recommend checking out both and seeing which you prefer to use :)
