We have been married for 24 years in German, have a daughter (21) and have been living permanently in Thailand since 2008. The first year in BKK (Thai language school) and after that we moved here to Sattahip, bought a house and now enjoy our life here. Meet my wife on a blind date in 2013 (outside M & S in London). We went out for a week, then I flew to Thailand. We face timed each other for 2 weeks and then when I returned to the UK, she picked me up from the airport and we started living together from then. Married in 2017. Happy as Larry and working on living in Thailand full time.

I met my Missus in Thailand in 2006. I was only 23. She moved to Ireland in 2008 and we married in 2009 both quite young. She was a teacher in an international school so day 1 good communication was a good first step. We were similar ages, had similar sense of humour and our goals in life were very much aligned. We’ve lived in Ireland and the UK (for 3 years) together ever since and we’re both still happy as Larry. 2 little ones now and a nice roof over our head and she’s managed to keep working in teaching here in Ireland. The opposite to you we’ve always lived in Ireland but holidayed in Thailand. She loves Ireland and has a good crew of both Irish and Thai friends here now. Will you be back to Ireland in December? It would be great to meet you two here and we can give you the lowdown on being a Thairish Family in Dublin. 😎

Met my now wife 29/02/2000. Moved to Wales February 2004. Retired 7/7/2021, moved back to Thailand 21/11/2021. Quite an adventure. I am 56 my wife Thai is 49. Our 2 children are staying in Wales eldest working, youngest in University. Funny old life.

Hi Pete & Lovely Nune, I like yourself am from Dublin I met my beautiful Thai wife in Brisbane / Australia in 1992 and have been married over 27 years on 24 December. She was studying English and I was 38years old and had been around the world working since I left Dublin in 1978. I fell in love with Thailand and especially its people back then, we have made a good life for ourself and still very happy I say this all the time it was the best decision of my life and I think I married a copy of my mother funny and takes no bull shit from anybody. We are in Thailand at the moment up in NaN were my wife family comes from going back to Bangkok on the 5th January have a few days in Pattaya catch up with a couple of Irish friends and the to Bangsaen staying at our Condo maybe we can catch up for a cup of tea and a chat if you free. The ol white Irish skin! 17 years in Asia and Im still not tanned. My local friends here always ask what cream/ lotion I use to get my skin so white!! Can you imagine if they knew about fake tan from a can! Will you ever move back to Ireland to settle or is it Asia all the way? I love Ireland, but feel I couldnt live back there, the weather for a start! Great video, keep it up.

Tinder has a bad rep in the west.. and not surprising really but I think it's just considered a normal dating app over in Asia.. I met my last gf from it and she was really nice... shame covid and distance got in the way but it's really not a bad way to meet people out there... I think matching sense of humour is definitely important.. you guys obviously work well together and that's all that really matters!
