It's a WebDisplays mod and it is open source. Recently I browsed through its code while making my own mod, and it basically just runs chromium and renders it in the game. So no, it doesn't log anything. However it uses a pretty old chromium version that contains several vulnerabilities, so I won't recommend opening unknown links with it. And also because Minecraft mods are basically java programs running on your PC, they already have access to all your files including data stored in the browser. So general recommendation - do not download mods from untrusted websites
