I don’t usually ever comment on videos but I had to say this was very well put together and well appreciated, keep doing what your doing CHANGE THEM LIVESS!!🙌
I failed my exam and I came across your video and im going to give this cheat sheet a try im taking the same exam as you so hopefully by me studying this study guide hopefully I can pass the test agin
Thank you for the insight on the exam It was very helpful. I would like to suggest speeding up your speaking tempo. I had to change the speed to 1.75x to get to the speed of the average RU-vidr. Best of luck to you in the fitness world!
Just passed the final exam on the first attempt! I’m ngl it was one of toughest tests I’ve taken in my life. Also, I was in a rush to finish the course because I’m also doing college online. I rushed the course and finished it within one week. Scheduled the proctored exam as soon as I finished the course. I did one week of studying and just passed 😭 I’m still can’t believe it!
@@TheSuperwoman22 honestly just kept retaking the practice exam. I’d say focus on chapter 6,7,13 and 14 However the test will having questions about every chapter
Thank you so much for the cheat sheet and tips! I'm def gonna check out the quizlet too. I'm lowkey nervous for the test because I honestly don't think I can like fully read the entire textbook but I'm willingly to study my butt off. But hopefully I'll do good! Oh and where did you do your CPR certification?
You don't have to :) I didn't read the entire book but the practice test, cheat sheet, quizlet.com & the chapter review videos ALL helped! Also, I got my CPR Cert from: www.nationalcprfoundation.com
I’m a year late but is there a way I can still access the cheat sheet ? I’m currently studying for my NASM PES exam and I believe this would be really useful
Thank you for the video! Quick question, how much time did you take to study? I seen that people take a month just to prepare for the exam or others take 3-4 months just to prep or read material.
Also one more question another video said to study chapters in this order to pass. Chapter 21, 20, 11, 12, 7, 13 to pass is that correct? Sorry if i ask too much
Hi @megansnyder3917 I tried downloading and it worked for me. When you get the email scroll down and click “Nasm exam cheat sheet” if it doesn’t work let me know and I’ll email to you directly!
Question espy is the test as hard as they say it is? I’m really nervous about taking the test and I’m due to take it in September, it’s my dream to be an personal trainer and I’m moving my family from Alabama to Phoenix,Az and I just don’t want to fail and let my family down. Sorry giving you my life story I just want to do my best and pass first try… is there any other advice you can give it will be much appreciated! Thanks for the video as well it was helpful
Hey! I totally get the feeling of not wanting to fail - and you won’t. - Make sure you are taking the practice test at least 1 time a day the last 10-14 days - Anything you’re not feeling super confident about go onto Quizlet.com and search the word or chapter and use the flash cards to practice - Take time off of social media etc and just stay heads down and focus on your books - Make sure you’re working out (using some of the things you’re learning from the book) on yourself at the gym Keep me posted and I can’t wait to hear that all your yard work paid off for you and your family :)
