Thank you, Dr. Surina. That was a comprehensive take on the prep. For weeks I have been trying to push myself to begin my prep but was too petrified to even look into what methods I need to follow. This video has certainly helped me start
A very great and helpful video indeed with detailed description of each and every thing one need to ace the exam. Kindly make a video of how you prepared for the exam and what routine did you follow. Thanks
It was really really helpful! Could you do another video on your detailed preparation? Like how you made notes to get the clues right, and revising them in last minute! If you could add a little bit of touch up in every topic in that regard!
Hi guys, thanks for watching and for your messages! I'll be recording another video going into more detail about how I revised and answering all the common questions that came up. If you have any more questions you want answered please comment here or message me directly (details in the video description)
I am writing a letter In behalf of someone, he is having a an issue in regards to his medical degree. However, he paid already the amount of the examination fee. He already went to British council in Khobar Saudi Arabia and found out that he’s medical degree has having an issue but prior to that the British council accpeted it before the deadline. In regards to this matter, he has given a time frame to fix the issue until June 17. In addition to that, it takes long time to process due to the inconvenience aside from the work and he can’t be able to go back to Egypt right away. The money is a hard to earn and time consume in the processing for the exam is not that easy. The English version of medical degree information was mistaken and and the exam has been confirmed. I would like to find out if there is a refund for that or the rescheduling of the exam is a way better. Morever if there other alternative options to fix the issue. Thank you.
Hi there, love the video! i'm think of taking MRCS soon, I was wondering if you knew whether taking it during your FY1 year is possible? I couldn't find much on the official website.
Thank you for your details video. I would like to ask my F1 first rotation is pediatrics without night shift, and second rotation is geriatrics with night shift. Will it be too early if I plan to take the MRCS in January 2023?

Hi Dr. Surina, One friend of mine who is appearing for MRCP told me that the college from which u appear for the exam matters. That candidates of RCS England have more opportunities and they are preferred over RCS Edinburgh. So is it true for MRCS as well? Does it affect from which college we appear for MRCS exam ?
Hi! I am a pediatric resident in the Philippines, if I am done with my residency what is the best pathway to take for me to able to practice pediatrics in UK?
Hi Surina Thanks for this informative video. I was trying to get an answer to my query. After clearing MRCS part B, what type of visa do we get? Is it a PSW visa. How things work in terms of via after clearing MRCS part B and securing a work visa. I hope you would answer this. TIA
I found eMRCS more than enough to then base my revision from (using the textbooks and websites as further reading). Didn't feel the need for any other question bank resources
@@drsurinataneja THANK YOU, so after MRCS part a and b, what happens immediately afterwards? Core training? And ultimately, how many years until neurosurgeon consultant? (Inc. FRCS)
Hi Dr. Taneja. What would be the best way to study for mrcs part a? Is it good to start with raftery, completing it and then attempt questions in emrcs or start with emrcs first, complete all questions by reading explanations from every question and just refer raftery if any doubt?
@@drsurinataneja can you please make a video on the pathway for mrcs with which book we have to follow and about the part b exam it will be very helpful
