Would you be willing to do a talking head video / q&a style where you describe how the meditation, journaling portions of your day fit in as a momma/bonus momma of 7 (soon to be 8) kids? The house and family stuff does get taken care of. It's the other stuff that I have trouble fitting in. Girl, I don't know how you do it with 7. I only have 1 and struggle most days.
