Jase, you got this. I listened to the video and read the comments. You need to give yourself the love and grace you give to others in your comments. It's baby steps to get there. You didn’t gain it all in one day, so you cannot lose it all in one day. I am also on a weight loss journey to lose 50 lbs. I started with walking and dropping one bad habit a week. Because I know I will not stick with it if I try to do everything at one time. We're here for you. ❤

Your video about your RU-vid struggles got suggested to me, I watched it and subscribed, now I'm here and it is a roller coaster of emotions again. One thing, I love your energy. About weight loss, I succeeded as well and I think you can too. Just like you said diet is key. I eat one meal by 12 noon, fruits or a very light meal in the evening and I'm good. I did cut out carbs, oils and focused more on beef, chicken and sea food. I also workout 4 days a week. I have lost 18kg in the past 10 months and now I'm maintaining. I hope this inspires you and anyone struggling with weight loss. Stay strong! Much love💖🙏🏽

I’ve done this a hundred times, set goals and then suddenly the time has passed. I felt your words in my soul!! 🤗 I understand the frustration. I have ADHD and binge eating or even just eating crappy foods is a real problem for me. You’re beautiful! Weight doesn’t define beauty but we have to love ourselves and be happy with who we are inside and out and health is the best reason. I love this video…I’m a new fan and subscriber. ❤ You got this Jase! I’ll be supporting you every step of the way! I need to lose about 50 pounds so I’ll do this with you.

I was extremely ill for a couple of months, and as I've been recovering it has been difficult to get back into walking, moving and exercising. I use what little energy and strength I have just to get tasks done throughout the day. I saw my Naturopathic doctor, and she challenged me just to walk to the end of my driveway and back each day for one week, and then to add a little more distance after a week, and then more the following week, etc. It sounded a little sill to me, and not far at all. But I followed her suggestions, and am doing so much better all day. I had been walking just indoors, but I really needed some fresh air and needed to be outside. It's working, and I feel stronger already.
