Thanks so much Erin for this value packed video. I definitely learned alot and will be implementing some key takeaways. I want to reach atleast $20k+/month in my business consistently. This year started out great and it'll not take long to get to that goal. I also want to hit 50k+ subscribers on my RU-vid channel where I film about my faith, entrepreneurship and lifestyle. Still at 1k+ but looking to go all in, doubling down on my strategy in order to get there by the help of God.

Can you make a video for a small business that is growing and can’t be done by one person anymore like, how does one find a bookkeeper and a social media manager? Like where do we look and what questions to ask when interviewing a potential employee.

I am doing the exact same thing in my business. My channel is small but getting better and growing. I just started. My business however has been going for 4 years and not small at all.
