Hi friends:) I'm still in disbelief that this happened. Check out the process of me putting together my first pop-up shop for my sustainable brand, monica's DIYs Episode 1! I had 3 weeks to produce enough inventory to fill a booth for the pop-up shop in the Hoboken Arts & Music Festival...and it was both so fun and super stressful. Hope you enjoy:)

Im so happy i found your channel. I'm 15 and wanting to sell some of my bracelets at my local farmer and flea market. Thankfully its only $12 for about 4 hours and since im under 18 my first time is free! I eventually want to expand but we'll see how it goes!

Hi !! ^~^ do you have any tips how to talk to customers ? That’s mainly my struggle and I get so nervous, also ahh love all your vids !!

Ugh I'm forever working on the skill of talking to customers lol. My best advice would be that practice makes perfect. Come up with a 1 sentence greeting/pitch and just keep repeating it over and over to each new customer. When I did this, I eventually felt more comfortable!

How do you hang the mirror from the canopy?

This mirror is the target over-the-door college mirror, so I used the metal hooks that came with the mirror! Then I just hung the hooks on the rods of my canopy tent. I show how I do it in my latest video: ru-vid.com/video/%D0%B2%D0%B8%D0%B4%D0%B5%D0%BE-2DkOCInj1k8.html :)

I hate the trash talk but I tried out a small business of my own and some places to charge you $45 or more to set up a booth and end up not selling nothing who's making the real money? And some places only let you set up for 4 hours

I definitely agree that some pop-ups aren't worth it. especially considering the demographic of the event. I would suggest participating in pop-ups that are directly advertised to your ideal audience! For example my products are generally marketed toward women ages 12 - 40 who are eco-conscious. So I tend to mostly sign up for pop-ups that are women-centric and in younger and more progressive towns.
