How I Quit Smoking | Most Efficient Method 

I was a Chainsmoker for 10 years but quit smoking from the last 2 years Alhamdulilah. But one thing you need is "Strong Will Power" and that will come when you watch a lot of videos on how smoking is bad to your health. Jitni ziada videos utni ziada karahat aaye gi and you will start to dislike smoking.

I smoked for 5 years and when i came to europe I smoked like 2 packs a day because of different issues and anxieties and I started feeling my health deteriorating so one day I decided to quit and I quitted cold turkey now im smoke free since 2 months. You only need to survive first 3 days and thats it. Its really really easy to quit. I promise
