Tip for moving to a foreign area or remote place is to use plants to cleanse and moisture your hair. Ayurvedic hair care is very popular now. I wouldn’t be using manmade things on myself anyway. I’m not about to stress about finding products at a store when I have something better in my garden. I guess everyone forgot there are plants that can cleanse and moisturize hair and skin. 🤔🙄

Loved how simple and straight to the point your video was. Does your hair get dry throughout the week ? That’s something I struggle with and I hate having to redo/re moisturizer my hair. I want to limit the manipulation of my hair as much as possible

I realize sulfates was my enemy. I was high porosity all along thinking I was low porosity.

Question … so you don’t oil your scalp … i use almond , coconut and olive oils and cream leave in …

You mean you start from the ends and finish at the root.
