Congratulations Eric! My guess was 33 too! 6 days ago😢 I remember feeling so nervous when I typed it out that I just hit post without thinking twice. I really wanted to get to the hiring framework at the end of the video. I couldn’t wait for this episode because I had a strong feeling my guess was right! The message you sent to your friend, is and probably was the most helpful, supportive and kind thing you can offer to anyone in a tough spot! You excused yourself out of a conversation, because you heard that someone you cared about was in trouble. From all of the things the internet is allowing us to see and hear about your character and your life, I think, this is the one moment when you truly showed who you are as a person. And it's just AMAZING! You are a wondeful and loving human and an amazing friend! I'm so blown away by this!

I do love your WEBCASTS and now this. Your DOC has really helped me in my life @ 55. I work at the University of Oregon and am able to watch as I send emails and answer the telephones. I currently am caregiver to my father who was diagnosed with dementia last year and my mom who is living in Memory care. I have three beautiful children about your age and three amazing granchildren. Some of the people you have interviewed have helped me in more ways than you know. I will continue to watch and I am hoping to get my kiddos to watch as well.

After over 10 years on self-improvement, the number one thing I’ve come to understand is that I am most disciplined, strong, fulfilled, loving, and present, when everything I do is an expression of a healthy self worth. I have nothing to prove, not even to myself. I realise that I am worthy of my own honour and respect, and that of others. If I’m not treating myself in the best way to honour the highest side of myself, or I’m allowing others to treat me badly, then something is off. I honour the passions and purposes I feel called toward by diligently working toward them. I work on myself everyday and reap the rewards, not because I need to so I can feel good about myself, but because guess what, I’m worth it. I deserve to be happy, healthy and prosperous, so do you.

The number that came into my head was 77 I've just found your vlog and have now caught up to date on them! As a mum of 2 running a business and having a RU-vid channel where I vlog about things that happen daily in the business, I totally understand how vlogging can add an entire extra layer to your life that you didn't know it was possible to fit in. 5️⃣ things I loved about this episode: - The small but significant personal sacrifices Steven makes in order to continue showing - Something I relate to a lot. - The way he gives up small moments of his time to show kindness to someone, even for the one. Even though these minutes add up on his calendar. - The number of trial and errors he’s willing to go through to increase experimentation rate, something hard to do when most people would rather just stick to the wins and winning statists. - The way he continues to show his love and passion for marketing, like writing down his phone number on a whim while signing his books. - The way Steven takes time to learn through reading even though he has continuous access to some of the best minds in the world who he gets to ask questions and learn from. Taking personal initiative to stay on the growth trajectory, showing that he is every bit a person of curiosity in and off screen. Cheers for the episode mate, always look forward to it on my Monday mornings to start my week here in Australia.
