A shorter tutorial for you today! This boy was sold, and needs a few touch ups before he heads to his new home. So I thought I would share my repair process! This is how I was taught to repair models when I worked for Stone Horses, and honestly it works really well the majority of the time. Lighter colors don't always repair so easily, but it works for most!
I apologize that part of the video is really dark - I've only recorded in this new space a couple of times so I'm still figuring some things out. The camera decided to focus on the light in the window instead of on the horse.
Colors used (in order):
Titanium White
Raw Sienna
Burnt Umber
Black
He's all finished and already on his way to his new home by the time this video goes up. Here's hoping he shows well for his new owner like he did for me!
As always - feel free to make suggestions for things you'd like to see in future videos!
