I hope your video encourages more people to get out walking and go to places they’ve never been to before and to ditch the fizzy drinks and junk food.

Thanks for sharing. I am curious to know how relevant are their numbers. Are they biased for lower numbers to encourage further testing? Do they know the chronological age of the sender?

I exercise a lot and eat what I think is a healthy diet, and I've managed to climb a few mountains in my old age (73 now). Where can I get those tests to which you refer? I manage to get one of my many doctors to test me on a few things but not nearly enough.

See my response on PhenoAge. You can order your own blood tests on line (Ulta Labs for example). On diet check out the work of Gary Fraser and Walter Willet, long term (decades) researcher on diet, health and longevity. At 70 yo I think I am doing fairly good. No meds, very good blood work, excellent liver and kidney function. Moderate daily exercise and a healthy diet mostly plant based, and minimal junk or highly processed food. Lat meal early (6pm) and cutting alcohol has help my sleep a lot.

Ok so you said Keto, but later you said "more carbs" and also "whole foods based diet" @6:43 notably you did not say plant-based. How often do you eat meat? Thanks
