Another good play out that formation is Hitch HB Rail. Motion out one of the WR's and put him on a streak/fade. You have the slot running a short hitch and the HB running a wheel. This is a good high-low concept. FTA

Should be Formation > Gun > Flex Y Off Close. Make sure you’re in a playbook that contains the formation. Off the top of my head 49ers and Texans are examples
I use the 49ers as well, I like to play H2H online but do not participate in MUT. I just like the regular roster. With that said, under Kyle Shanahan offense: formation > gun only 14 options Flex Y off close is not one of them.
That’s weird I’ve been using 49ers playbook all year with Flex Y off Close. Maybe they removed the formation from the Live playbook. I’ll double check in a bit and update you
