you can definitely make presets, I guess the only thing you would really need is setting whatever framerate you want + ISO, and having a lens that goes pretty wide open like 1.8 - 2.8. I would shoot 24fps so your shutter speed is 1/48 to let more light in than 1/120 for 60fps or 1/240 for 120fps
oh man! check out my older videos, I shot them on the a6500 + sony 16-70 f4! that lens was so dang good, I'm sure there's better nowadays Sigma 18-50 looks good, Sony 18-105, sony 18-135, and the sony pz 16-50 Can't go wrong with any of those I think, get yourself some good NDs if you're shooting video
Have an A6500, can't get it to stop automatically adjusting brightness unless I'm in manual mode. I want brightness to stay the way I want it in movie mode and in preset modes. How do I manage this?
That’s the nature of any auto mode, there should be different auto modes that you can fiddle with. I recommend using manual and locking your shutter at 180, set your shutter speed and ISO, and use ND / aperture to adjust your exposure
Does anybody else have the issue where, under record setting, there is no option for 60p. I have set my file format the same, it just isn't showing up for me??
