How I slow down and live in the moment
DIY projects are perfect for slowing down! Taking the time to slow down is hard to do, but I decided for a week, I would create me time each day and slow down with a purpose. The purpose would be to start preparing for a traditional New England Fall and share how I create traditional holiday craft ideas, while living in the moment and taking deep breaths as I go and sharing a few slow living tips.
I'm also sharing how I slowed down in the kitchen as well. I enjoyed my homemade herbal tea, created a delicious recipe for fluffy almond flour pancakes, and started to create a roasted red pepper and tomato soup recipe. Everything I did for a week was not only helping me create a cozy home, but it soothed my soul.
