I've been told, "You've got the voice." That southern charm. I was a banking CSR for over 4 years, and I'd sell banking products, even though I didn't have to. I had people wanting to be my clients. But the one thing that set me apart was that I went out of my way for my clients, and did everything I could for them. I genuinely cared. If I can succeed in banking, I can do this.

I’m 20 in the insurance business. I’m struggling more on what policy fits each customer… I know the difference between term, whole and an IUL which is basically whole just more cash value potential. It’s just I don’t know why someone would need a term vs a whole life policy.

at younger age 'term' makes most sense cause its cheap. It is also cheap to get another policy when that one expires.. Once you get older 40+ you want insurance that doesn't have an expiration date (as term does). So in that case you would want whole life which is more expensive but is for as long as you live and continue paying the premium.. Be careful with Universal Life for life insurance purposes. it will usually bite you in old age and you will lose the insurance
