am i the only one who would sacrafice nice things for my mother? If i was able to afford 36k monthly fees i would at least give my mother 5k and i would live a normal life with a normal car a normal house.
@@theonlygoofygoober If you gave you mother 5 k a month you would be paying a lot of tax. Annual tax exemption gift is up to $18,000 in the USA for all categories included. Before tax in the Uk the annual exemption of cash is £3000 while small gifts is $250 & wedding cash gift limited to £5000. Birthday & Christmas gifts are exempt to tax but needing to prove it was a Christmas or birthday gift can be a pain. Regular Payments are exempt from tax like how living with my mother I pay her my living expenses & utility costs in cash that she uses as she sees fit. I like not having no trackable presence. The government sends me a letter twice a year roughly to have me confirm I am alive. I like my privacy & pay for everything in cash as my life is my own that I don't like the prying of any government or corporation. I have nothing to hide but why do they want to know what I am to so badly? We should be tracking the governments expenses of the public purse & not the other way around personally!
@@kvasir8931 That's not the point, the point is in how he spends it, yeah, it's fine to say to make them spend more , on mindless things like cars (I'm talking about "Stroke my ego, this is expensive car give me attention" cars), and shit, but that just helps out the rich people, what about re-invest in the society, or anything but, self centered mindless expenditure that in reality, only benefits one ego, as jokingly as it was portrayed, the guy is needlessly over paying things that contribute to nothing, and under spends on people. Rich people horde their capita like they're going to live forever (No one told them yet, that when they die, they don't get to take any with themselves), and their actions won't have any consequences towards them, or their family down the few generations line, and even when drowning in riches and the rest of society suffers around them, they think of how to profit from the suffering rather than invest the money to stop it or ease it, to create a better future.
@@kvasir8931 He's not spending anything, his numbers are obviously faked in several places which means he doesn't know how much the things he bought actually cost, which means he probably didn't actually buy them
Yeah, this is where you can tell he’s making it up because the guy in the video is calling him cheap, but the reality is I don’t think a chef would work for that.
Some people like going out to work out. It's like studying for me. I do it better at a library than at my computer at home. Could be the same thing with working out for him. But I agree, he's probably full of crap.
Boom! That proves all of his stuff is fake or just rented, and he's pretending to be filthy rich to convince people to buy his stuff. Even Maxim figured it out when he showed off the first car, and he called out how the numbers don't even make any sense lol
There's a lot of houses close to me in luxury areas on lakes that I've looked at recently that have home gyms, saunas, hot tubs, ice baths, and a tennis and basketball court, the on in mind with 20% down comes to $12,000.00 per month. Dude is getting ripped off especially in Miami where it's actually cheaper. But considering his car note in comparison to his mortgage it doesn't suprise me and that for the Honda of supercars (no disrespect to honda). Dude makes decent money apparently but is getting worked for every dime. Also I noticed he didn't mention a single investment, unfortunately I've known enough people like this to believe that he isn't investing a dime and at the end of the month probably struggles to keep his electricity on yet wouldn't dare cut the costs on any of those liabilities.
Not even worth that much you can hire the chef to come meal prep if you must. Then you have the maid come bi weekly maybe weekly it's still just doesn't add up lol the guy is full of crap
He said 'full time chef and a cleaning lady '. He didn't specify how many hours the cleaning lady works, but if it's more than a few hours a month, they both don't even get minimum wage (12$ per hour in Florida).
The chef probably does meal preps for him, and cleaning lady probably cleans a few times a week for a few hours. I wouldn't imagine its a 40 hour a week job soley on that. They probably have multiple clients.
He doesn't pay anything. Daddy does. If he's so rich, then why does he not outright buy the cars and saves on monthly interest. What a tool. Self made rich men don't waste money, and they don't give free interest to the bank.
I guess it makes sense to pay in monthly payments and consequently, spend extra money on interest if the money he would have used to pay everything in full could be used in an investment that gives him a greater return than the loss due to that said interest. For example. I could pay off my remaining 9k dollars of college loans right now if I wanted to. But I'm not going to do that because I can easily make up the money lost in interest by investing money in the QQQ which gives me a return of 16%, whereas my college loans only require 3.8%.
That so true @GnomesEU maybe he lied and is leasing it to make himself look rich? I mean every 2-3 years I think he can return it an get the newest model.
@@marineastrothat make sense. Make your money work for you. I assume there is no late interesting fee for not paying your student loans on time like a credit card or no?
@@marineastro The word you are looking for is arbitrage. The spread requires you to calculate in a beta for risk, but the example you gave makes risk easy to ignore. You could beat 3.8% in a high yield savings account right now.
I know a guy like him from 2000, that spent money like no ends. Now he lives in a apartment with no money in the bank and tell stories on the amount of mercedes and Acuras he used to own.
I don't know why so many wealthy people like him brag how about wealthy they are on the internet of all places. He's putting himself at a high risk of either getting robbed, or having his ex-friends or distant relatives try to come back into his life just to ask for some of his money.
Those who come up from being broke, who actually have to work for it and aren't handed it for some reason, usually try to keep it as private as possible. Those born into it or who get it easily continue to use it as a flex and are just as insecure as anyone else.
@@Okunniger_Volker Very good points, I agree cause I know if I finally became wealthy I certainly wouldn't brag about it. I'd be so humble and thankful after years of financially struggling and under-acheiving. I'd still be generous with my money too.
@@_FIRSTGAMER_actually you are not completely wrong. They are called old money. The new money are stupid people who just became rich and does stuff like in the video and shows off how rich there are.
You answered your own question. 90% chance he rented the house and cars for a day, asked his mom the $1,500 back after the shooting, and filmed the workout in a $50/month gym. All those influencers follow the Instagram 'fake it till you make it' filosofy. The '$2,000 a month' for what would in reality be one of the most expensive things (2 fulltime workers) also really gave it away.
in Australia, the minimum wage is AUD3544 a month, that's USD2391. It's illegal in Australia for him to pay USD2000 a month to the cleaning lady alone.
@@hkalisvaartThe dude said "full time chef and cleaning lady", which can be interpreted as them both being full-time. He took a full-time cleaning lady as example, because cleaning ladies tend to get paid less than chefs. You could interpret it that the cleaning lady is not necessarily full-time, but that's honestly not relevant to the point that's being made.
@@hkalisvaart bold and weird conclusion tbh. There's a difference in interpretation on an irrelevant detail of the argument. The argument is that two people (depending on your interpretation of which at least one is full-time) are together getting paid less than is officially allowed for one full-time employee, with the added argument that being a chef should warrant a higher salary than minimum wage. A, in your eyes, less likely interpretation may have been used as an example to warrant the original argument, but rebutting that example does no harm to the claim that was made. So your conclusion is bold and maybe even moreso weird

There’s 7 of us and are males….we’ve NEVER spent $5000/mth on food! I don’t even know if going to Whole Foods or Trader Joe’s would rack up that kind of bi.
2 gyms, in case one doesn't have the dumbell he wants i guess. I want to meet this guy. He clearly has more dollars than sense and a fool and his money..
For the same reason people buy iPhones (more likely ♂️GayPhone♂️s, because repairing them on your own gives pain in the ♂️ass♂️ + free ♂️fisting♂️ and Apple's logo was LGBT coloured) -to show their "supremacy" and to show off.
I call cap on the grocery expenses particularly, because unless he’s buying tons of caviar and importing exotic foods from overseas, groceries don’t cost that much
You see all those short videos quickly cut?!? He's doing the lawn at some house and made all those quick shots during his break time around the place to not raise suspicion ;) ;)
I feel better now about spending 12000 a month on my bills. To be fair, we are making big payments towards some bills to get rid of them and we dont have to pay rent since we have our own property and a tiny home. We do go out to eat once a week but I cook most of the time since I work from home. We stick to a mostly animal based diet. I splurge on items for my 2 rabbits but they deserve it.
To be fair... with regards to his housekeeper and chef, they probably have other houses they go to. Had a friend with a chef and he just showed up on Sunday, cooked all day for a week's worth of meals and put them in containers to reheat.
If he has that much money, he would never make payments on a car. Rich people know that leasing a car is basically going into debt, and they stay rich by NOT going into debt. Also, they would just pay for it outright because they are rich and can afford it.
25.15% of his monthly expenses are vehicles... 13.88% on food, 19.44% if you include the chef and cleaning lady. $300 per gym membership... I pay that for a year and he pays twice that. If you look at this from the view of percentages he lives like a person in abject poverty and no investments. Its like these people are bragging about how bad they are at finances and the punchline is yet to come.
This man has vibes of would call a millionare poor in IG comments sections while also renting the clothes he is currently wearing, while eating govt cheese.
You just have to understand the level of wealth of some people. Someone near my town owns a Lamborghini Huracán already, and it looks like a silver Batmobile. Really scary looking machine, but there's wealth in the United States bro. Absurd levels of it sometimes. And he lives in Southern Florida. You have to almost be a millionaire there to even live, or live in a project.
please write me a single monthly check so i can live without working for the next 2 years. How can he be so thin when he spends 5K$ on food per month?? I spend less then 500$/month and i'm 20 pounds overweight... SUS.
At that amount of money I would have bought a house. You don't need the house to be that big. Also, if you're in Miami you can just go to the beach. Why have a pool? If he doesn't plan on staying long in Miami, that's another issue. Yes, paying that much money for a Tesla is suspicious. Also, plastic surgery often makes you look older if you're young.
