Love both of your collections! That Delorean model is intense! My favorite piece of BTTF memorabilia has to be the "Back to Back to Back" button I received on May 25, 1990 at the premiere of part 3. We saw it at Edwards Newport Beach (CA), where they showed all three films in order!
Those Delorean toys from McDonalds (22:57) were recalled, apparently because the back wheels can become a choking hazard. I had always thought it was because the spark created a fire risk. I have two of the cars and they both have a dark burnt spot where the sparks hit the plastic. This is making me very interested in watching the animated series.
I dressed as Marty and saw the 7pm showing of Back to the Future it was Awesome seeing it in theater 1st time🤘The place was packed so rad👍I sat in Marty's DeLorean at a con so cool😎
Around 2005 or 6 my mother who lived with us had said that a neighbor down the street had a new sports car I argued that the new Charger in her driveway was 4 doors and not a sports car. She told me no it was an old sports car. A few weeks later I was driving past and the garage door that was open about 10” as people do for their cats , had flames shooting out engulfing the front bumpers of the new charger and a PT Cruiser in the driveway.I pounded on the door until her daughter, who was having a slumber party at the time with most guests still sleeping opened it and told her the garage was on fire. The daughter got told her mother and got her two brothers all guests cat dog a brothers pet snake out safely, nobody hurt , no animals lost . That is when I found out along with the two cars in the driveway that were destroyed, there was also a recently restored Delorean in the garage😢
BTTF is my favorite movie ever made, and while I love celebrating on Oct 21, I personally think that the official BTTF day should be Nov 5th. I mean that is when Doc Brown invented time travel after all.
I have the 30th anniversary dvd set of all 3 Back To The Future films. All 3 are masterpieces in my opinion. This video actually made me break them out and rewatch them.
Happy Back to the Future Day ! Best movie hands down agree 👍. They released the movie back into the theater near me. Glad you filmed your day to celebrate 🎉. Love the look at all the different Delorean cars.
You should get my concept artist pal, Michael Scheffe to sign your impressive poster! He was part of the team that designed the DeLorean "Time Machine" and props for all three films, and also designed KITT from Knight Rider! Fun Fact: Tom Wilson was also a guest star on an episode of Knight Rider! Love your content Adam, keep up the AWESOME work!
Michael's father was one of the top statisticians of the 20th century, Henry Scheffe, who was tragically killed in a bicycle accident in 1977. Scheffe's method and Scheffe's test are named for him.
OMG. Adam, your collection is amazing. All I can find is my box set, and a matchbox DeLorean that someone opened sometime in the 90's. So, now I keep it hidden in a jar. Lol Thanks for taking us to a place I'll definitely want to hit next year. It's my density... I mean, destiny.
Although the first movie can stand alone, the trilogy is really one long continuous movie in 3 parts. I'm partial to chapter 2 since I stumbled upon the filming of the Strickland & Marty shotgun porch scene, after 1 am all the other spectators left but me. When I watch that scene, I can imagine my younger self there watching in awe and taking it all in for "future" reference.🤩
We were at the Lake Mirror Classic with the beetle! Wish we would have run into you! I sent you a video of all the deloreans this morning and now I see you were there too. Cool BTTF collection.
The painting on the exterior wall of the building, showing Michael J Fox playing the guitar… excellent painting with minor exception of his hands. I asked my bf why the fingers looked like hot dogs. Then every time you panned by then we cracked up. 😂
BTTF trilogy, Lord of the Rings trilogy, Godfather Trilogy, Superman 1+2, Halloween, Ghostbusters. Movies you watch over and over again and never get bored. That was movie making.
I knew the man who wrote all the music for (Back to the Future) Movies, "Alan Silvestri" you'll see his name in the Credentials, he wrote music for a lot of Motion Pictures, and TV shows. 🎶🎶
23:00 omg! im so glad I watched this, my grandfather had that einstein train! it was one of my fav things to look at of his something about the sparkles and the transparent blue with the red spiral wheels it was so mesmerizing. He was also big on Albert Einstein so that makes a lot of sense now. I had no idea that was from back to the future and had no idea that was just a happy meal toy. It looked so much more like a fancy collectible or something, almost looked like it was made of glass (although happy meal toys are too), wow I had no idea!
Adam, I saw you on that Miniature Golf course...you used to work at..I so happen to have the delight as a young 12 year old playing The Peter Pan Golf Course here on Barton Springs Austin Texas...Zilker Park...plase come here to make a video..WE Love YOU Brother
I love this video ❤ outstanding franchise and the following is still incredible, my kids are 9 and 11 and they LOVE the movie and the music, totally 80’s lovers over here 🫶🏻 🤘
got this from a article pretty darn neat Back to the Future” has been a family favorite film franchise for decades, so much so that the car used for the time machine can resell for up to six figures. Now, imagine finding that same model in the back of a Wisconsin barn, with original parts and less than 1,000 miles, partially sunk into the dirt like treasure. Great Scott! That’s exactly what happened to Michael McElhattan, who owns DeLorean Midwest, an auto restoration company in Illinois that specializes in DeLoreans, and his social media partner Kevin Thomas. The car featured in the “Back to the Future” franchise is a DeLorean DMC-12, manufactured for just three years from 1981-1983. With its gullwing doors and brushed stainless steel body, its spaceship-like appearance made the car ideal for the films, the directors have said.
Adam, since you talked about your Back to the Future tattoo briefly, it'd be cool to do a video of all your tattoos and tell the a bit of what they are and what they mean.😊
At the beginning of the video you missed the other good thing about October 21, my birthday! 😢... 🙂🙂 Great video... great signatures on your poster. I couldn't help but think of you taking that video into Pawn Stars one day and him having an expert come in to verify the signatures. 😂
I got to meet Bob Gale at back to the future: the musical (yes there’s a musical, it was actually so good) and I had my rainbow hat from part 2 and a red vest, he was such a nice guy, and I definitely geeked out when I realized it was him 😅😅😅
Adam… i saw a video today that I feel like you would love… and maybe you have seen it… 1989 universal Hollywood backlot tour… they went to courthouse square and it was all set up ready for back to the future 2… it was amazing
The DeLorean motor company is located in north Houston! I have lived here for years and driven past it every week and never know it was there until a couple of months ago!
Part one one always be a classic. “Are you telling me that you built a time machine... out of a DeLorean?” 😎 Also there are 4 snow globes on eBay from $130 +
I just noticed that your youtube channel has 701K subscribers, compared to a company in your area that has only 208K subscribers, with lots of staff and has been around for 16 years. You are definitely on your way to the 1 million K mark. I love your travel videos, even the ones just getting a cup coffee.
Happy Back to the Future Day Adam! This was fantastic! You are right BTTF is one of the best trilogies. All the DeLorean's look great! Very cool to see Andrew and Danielle in your vlog! They are cool people. I am subbed to their channel.
And no namedropping the fact that he's also collected Tom Wilson as a friend, or at then very least, acquaintance. You're a class act Adam, I'd be mentioning it every 5 minutes...
Even tho Adam is a personal friend of "Biff" I believe he doesn't acknowledge his "Biff" character when they are together because Tom is just a regular guy, and Adam probably doesn't want to "brag" about being friends with Tom, which is respectable. Friends is friends regardless of celebrity status
Adam, really enjoyed your awesome Back To The Future video! The first one was the best of all. You've got some cool stuff. Looking forward to your next vlog!
So many have said they don't make movies like that anymore, can't agree more. I have all three blueray's and will never give them up while still alive. Hollywood makes movies I generally have no interest in. Liked Batman, Superman, etc. And the original ones are still great. Of Back to the Future, I personally liked the western themed one, and watch it to see Marty dance from the gunshots, and the cowboy outfit he was wearing
Love all the deloreans we went to Oblivion here in London last summer and i believe we had 20 of them on display. My mom's ex boyfriend had a DeLorean so cool to look at but not fun to maintain and keep running but we got to drive it a few times so that was cool
Here’s something for ya Adam, I was curious about your Sealed VHS Back to the future tape and looked it up. Hold on to your pants………. A sealed, near-mint condition 1986 VHS tape of "Back to the Future" sold at auction for $75,000, setting a new record for a videotape. Sometimes nostalgia comes with a big price tag. June 2022
Saw it was playing at my local Regal yesterday when I went to go see MOANA for Disney 100 - and thought, wonder if Adam is watching this today? So I went and watched it afterward. Great double feature!
