Here are some effective tips and tricks to stay awake and focused when studying for long hours. They certainly worked for me!
Believe it or not, my classmates and I studied for 16-18 hours a day during our intensive review for the Philippine physician licensure exam! Don't believe me? You can ask anyone who has ever taken the boards - it is THAT serious!
And as always, I only recommend products and services that I actually use. I hope you find them useful too!

I don't know if it's still available now but there are other alternatives / versions for free. Yes I bought the premium version ($4.99 only). (Isang sine niyo lang yun!) Nasulit ko siya for the past six years kaya guys wag kuripot masyado. *TEAVANA Loose Green Tea Leaves* Pasalubong lang from the States, not sure if available here. I checked online and it's outrageously priced at P3,000 above. DITO KAYO MAGKURIPOT! Titipirin ko na to mahal pala! But there are so many other alternatives in the grocery. *BACKJOY Back Support* I bought mine in Robinsons Manila. They have booths sa malls.

Marami na kong napanood na med vlogs (from local to international) pero pinaka nakakarelate talaga ako kay Doc Aura 😍 Wala kasing arte sa vlogs saka talagang madali mag pick up sa advises nya. Hello Doc!!! watching your videos 'coz I've been thinking of taking NMAT & going to Med school the past few weeks. I just turned 24 this March! I don't know why going to Med school hasn't dawned on me earlier but I was thinking, no one is too old to pursue a new dream. Still thinking it through so I go watch your vlogs! I took my NMAT in 25yrs and I got 96 percentile. I have classmates who were even in their 30s. Nothing is too late!!! Go for your passion if you like it. 😊
