Love your vlogs! Routines are so important. I love waking up early but I’m a slow riser also… Yeah you have to have your WHYs and a proper breakdown plan. I say it everywhere, the trick is to be consistent with reminding yourself everyday! I set alarms for everything even for motivation! It’s a game changer for good habits because your brain is always dragging you back to what it’s used to ( what’s comfortable) Love the clothes 🎉
