I'm Liam Shephard, professional football player for Salford City FC.
On the first game of the season I tore my hamstring late in the game. I want to take you through my whole recovery process and show you the other side of football.
This first episode will explain how the injury happened. I will then show you my road to recovery, beginning with surgery!
